Tutto perfetto.. se non che ci sono voluti due mesi per la restituzione della caparra e per motivare il perche di 40EUR extra.. dovuti alla pulizia dell'auto ( per il noleggio ho speso 100EUR una settimana) Vergogna
Everything perfect.. except that it took two months to return the deposit and to explain the reason for the extra EUR40.. due to cleaning the car (I spent EUR100 a week on the rental) Shame
Consiglio assolutamente, veloce e molto vicino all'aereoporto raggiungibile a piedi. Personale simpatico e attento .

Quedamos descontentas con el servicio de Class rent a car en nuestro viaje a Ibiza. Tras dia y medio usando el coche, nos salio el aviso de presion baja en los neumaticos y al dia siguiente nos salio otro aviso de nivel de aceite bajo en el motor, quitandonos tiempo de nuestro viaje con algo que deberia haber estado en buenas condiciones. Ademas, cuando devolvimos el coche comentamos nuestro descontento y nuestra intencion de poner una hoja de reclamaciones, y nos sorprendimos cuando NO NOS FACILITARON dicha hoja de reclamaciones (nos derivaron a un correo electronico generico) ademas con una actitud bastante seca y borde.
We were dissatisfied with the Class rent a car service on our trip to Ibiza. After a day and a half of using the car, we got the low tire pressure warning and the next day we got another low engine oil warning, taking time away from our trip with something that should have been in good condition. Furthermore, when we returned the car we commented on our discontent and our intention to file a claim form, and we were surprised when THEY DID NOT PROVIDE US with said claim form (they sent us to a generic email) also with a rather dry and rude attitude.
Benissimo! Appena arrivati in aeroporto sono venuti a prenderci con un van e ci hanno portato in sede, ubicata a qualche centinaio di metri. Perfezionato la pratica in pochi minuti, ci hanno assegnato una bellissima 500 "dolcevita" cabrio in ottime condizioni al prezzo gia ottimo di una 500 normale. Alla riconsegna tutto molto easy. Ci hanno riaccompagnato all'area partenze.
Very good! As soon as we arrived at the airport they came to pick us up with a van and took us to the office, located a few hundred meters away. Having completed the procedure in a few minutes, they assigned us a beautiful 500 "dolcevita" convertible in excellent condition at the already excellent price of a normal 500. Upon return everything was very easy. They took us back to the departures area.
Llamo a alquilar un coche y me dicen que no me pueden hacer una reserva porque solo tienen dos personas en la Oficina que llame a otra otra empresa, increible el servicio de esta empresa deja mucho que desear, no la recomiendo para nada
Called to rent a car and they told me that they cannot make a reservation for me because they only have two people in the office who called another company, incredible, the service of this company leaves a lot to be desired, I do not recommend it at all

Non ho noleggiato l'auto con loro anche causa del loro modo di trattare i clienti. Dietro richiesta di info mi e stata data un'informazione via email e un'altra al telefono. Al telefono tra l'altro la signora/ signorina e stata alquanto scorbutica chiudendomi per due volte il telefono in faccia. E per email invece rispondono a singhiozzo, dopo le prime due email nessun'altra risposta
I didn't rent a car with them also because of their way of treating customers. Upon request for information I was given information via email and another on the phone. On the phone, among other things, the lady was quite grumpy, closing the phone in my face twice. And by email they respond in fits and starts, after the first two emails no further response
Alquile un coche durante 5 dias desde el 7 de mayo. Todo era tan sencillo que me hacia sospechar. Recoges el coche en el parking del aeropuerto con la llave dentro y lo dejas de la misma forma. Coche totalmente nuevo, limpio. Tuve que extender el alquiler dos dias mas y pese a que la tarifa era mas alta, lo pude hacer por telefono con mucha facilidad. Por mi experiencia, lo recomiendo. No se otras experiencias. Pertenece a Class Renta car.
I rented a car for 5 days from May 7th. Everything was so simple that it made me suspicious. You pick up the car in the airport parking lot with the key inside and leave it the same way. Brand new, clean car. I had to extend the rental for two more days and even though the rate was higher, I was able to do it over the phone very easily. From my experience, I recommend it. I don't know other experiences. It belongs to Class Renta car.
