We orders the car a few weeks beforehand using the user friendly website. Upon arrival, the shuttle bus took us to the office, which was only 1 minute away. We ordered a Fiat, but as this was not available, we got an upgrade free of charge, which was super nice! With our booking we took the premium package, which made pickup and insurance topcis very easy! You just drop off the car fully filled up and you are ready to go! Highly recommend this rental company!!

I mention the issue to the manager and he tells me not to worry, that the car is crazy with the dashboard indicators. I tell him that I want a vehicle that is in good condition and he tells me that he does not have one of the same category, in the end I have to pay the difference for a better vehicle or be left without a vehicle and complain on the website. I have to highlight the treatment offered by this character, very far from acting professionally, poorly qualified and giving an image of the company and a regrettable service. Nothing to do with the treatment received from his colleague, very attentive, polite and professional. It should be noted that when returning the vehicle to the airport offices, we had an incident, since they broke a window to steal from inside the vehicle. Despues de alquilar un vehiculo por internet, al ir a recogerlo, nos atendio el encargado, Alex y nos entrego un vehiculo con mas de 70000 kms y en un estado lamentable de la carroceria. Al arrancar el vehiculo se enciende en el cuadro de mandos un testigo de aviso de funcionamiento incorrecto del sistema de frenado y otro aviso de falta de presion en los neumaticos. Le comento el tema al encargado y me manifiesta que no me preocupe, que el coche esta loco con los indicadores del tablero. Le digo que quiero un vehiculo que se encuentre en buenas condiciones y me comenta que no tiene uno de la misma categoria, al final tengo que pagar la diferencia por un vehiculo mejor o quedarme sin vehiculo y reclamar en la web. He de destacar el trato ofrecido por este personaje, muy lejos de actuar de forma profesional, poco cualificado y dando una imagen de la empresa y un servicio lamentable. Nada que ver con el trato recibido por parte de su companera, muy atenta educada y profesional. Destacar que al devolver el vehiculo en las oficinas del aeropuerto, tuvimos una incidencia, ya que nos rompieron una ventanilla para robar en el interior del vehiculo. A pesar de haber contratado un seguro sin franquicia, nos hicieron pagar 25 en concepto de gastos de gestion de dicho seguro. En fin, no recomiendo esta empresa para alquilar un vehiculo. Used to rent scooters. Not very satisfied. We had specifically booked a vespa (they had given us alternatives) but when we arrived they gave us another scooter (quite damaged). The helmets were very damaged. Quick check in and check out (even though we had to wait for the shuttle). I wouldnt use it again
