Just had a rental from ganxo at sant pol for 3 days. What a pleasant experience it was. Very nice staff (a special thanks to Cristina) and no rip off policies. They mark how much fuel is and you return it with the same. Will definitely use this company again
Booked July-24, absolutely perfect service including drop off. For those reading reviews before booking (as I did and it gave me some concerns) my experience was really good. Everything went to plan. Will book again next year
Promised reserved car was not delivered. Lots of false excuses. Tries to get Credit card Details without having a car available at all. Be aware. NOT to be recomended !
Truly recommend this car rental agency. Rented an electric car for few days early July 2022. Reasonable prices for good value! The speak English. This was the best car rental experience in my life. The guys were super nice and thoughtful. They spoke great English and made it super easy for me to go through the entire process. They brought the car to me and took it back from another city. The customer service is outstanding. You guys rock!
Nice, friendly and professional service. They drive the vehicle to where you need it in the Costa Brava at no extra cost. It is also a local business.
We were staying in Girona and wanted to rent a car for a day to drive to the Costa Brava. We found this company had the best reviews so we decided to give them a try. The whole process of booking and pick up and drop off of our car went better than we expected. The person that dropped our car off close to the old town where we were staying was right on time for both drop off and pick up and made the whole process pleasant and easy. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. The car was clean and everything we expected too, so they delivered on all points.
Very good customer service. Good new car with Navigation and aircon. The additional 10 Euro insurance fee per day is worth the expense. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
