ESTAFADORES y sinverguenzas, si no cojes el seguro que quieres te van a cobrar danos ya realizados, NADA RECOMENDABLE, venden coches que no tienen en flota y te dan uno "similar" que ni se asemeja, al de la foto, obviamente siempre de rango inferior. Me DIERON UN COCHE PARA IR A OTRA OFICINA SIXT PARA BUSCAR EL COCHE SIMILAR QUE NO TENIAN EN ESA FRANQUICIA Y LUEGO LO COBRAN SIN AVISAR. Estafas constantes y escusas baratas sin duda la peor experiencia alquilando coches.
SCAMMERS and scoundrels, if you don't take the insurance you want they will charge you for damages already done, NOTHING RECOMMENDED, they sell cars that they don't have in their fleet and they give you a "similar" one that doesn't even resemble the one in the photo, obviously always of a high rank lower. THEY GAVE ME A CAR TO GO TO ANOTHER SIXT OFFICE TO LOOK FOR THE SIMILAR CAR THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE IN THAT FRANCHISE AND THEN THEY CHARGED IT WITHOUT WARNING. Constant scams and cheap excuses without a doubt the worst experience renting cars.
Absolutos L A D R O N E S. Ya es la segunda vez que en Sixt realizan la misma estafa: habia dano reportado en una llanta antes de comenzar, yo fiandome -ya que asi lo tenian reportado- solo hice foto de los kms. Cuando entrego el coche con prisa le digo al chico que no ha habido incidente alguno, solo la gasolina. Mi -segunda- sorpresa cuando me llega un cargo de 163 euros por danos en una llanta, casualmente la que ya habia danada antes del alquiler. Los chicos pesadisimos para que cojas los seguros (ya se sabe que estas companias ganan con estos extras y no con el alquiler), acabe cogiendo el de faros y lunas y !que casualidad! justo me estafan con un dano que no cubria el seguro. Pague un total de 870 euros por 4 dias de alquiler, y ademas me estafan con el dano de la llanta y por mas que reclamo que me envien la foto del antes y el despues... curiosamente esa foto no estan obligados a dartela. Personal entrenado para sacar danos donde no los hay, meterte miedo de todo lo que puede pasarte si no coges el seguro (claro, pues te van a cargar por un dano que no has hecho), y compania cero honesta que ni te envia la prueba de lo que te van a estafar. Y despues los emails amenazandote con ponerte en la asnef y blablabla... Ahora mismo denunciando en la OCU. Hay muchas otras plataformas de alquiler mucho mejores y sin tanto riesgo de estafa, es la segunda vez que me lo hacen, !NADA RECOMENDABLE! Y no os creais nada del mensaje de respuesta de la compania; me he puesto en contacto con ellos como indican y siguen sin enviarme las fotos del antes y el despues, me toca comerme el dano y punto. Impresentables.

My -second- surprise when I received a charge of 163 euros for damage to a tire, coincidentally the one that had already been damaged before the rental. The guys are very annoying for you to take the insurance (it is already known that these companies earn with these extras and not with the rent), I ended up taking the one for headlights and windows and what a coincidence! They just scammed me with damage that was not covered by insurance. I paid a total of 870 euros for 4 days of rental, and they also scam me with the damage to the tire and even though I demand that they send me the before and after photo... curiously they are not obliged to give it to you. Trained staff to find damage where there is none, make you afraid of everything that can happen to you if you don't take the insurance (of course, because they are going to charge you for damage that you haven't done), and zero honest company that doesn't even send you the proof of what they are going to scam you from. And then the emails threatening to put you in the ASNEF and blablabla... Right now reporting to the OCU. There are many other rental platforms that are much better and without so much risk of scam, this is the second time they have done this to me, NOTHING RECOMMENDED! And don't believe anything about the company's response message; I have contacted them as indicated and they still have not sent me the before and after photos, I have to eat the damage and that's it. We were satisfied with Sixt Sant Cugat! Although the car we booked wasn't available, we were given another, that was better, without additional payment. The staff in pick up and also return was helpful. We forgot flat keys in the car right after returning the car but the staff went with us to the car park and was super friendly. Next year we will use Sixt Sant Cugat again. Thanks!
The attention is good the cars are good BUT the contact Telephone is not easy to find and it's specially expensive!! And it takes them a long time to return the money !!
We really liked the location, as it's very close to our home. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with all our questions. We greatly appreciated the ease of booking and the smooth communication. Additionally, the fact that the staff speaks fluent English is an incredible bonus. We have used this service twice and will definitely use it again. The price and quality make it well worth it. The cars are in great condition. For these reasons, I give the highest rating.
Be extremely careful, get every detail in writing and read the fine print. For example, if they charge you for their fueling service, the fuel itself might not be included! Check the contract and the invoice(s) as soon as you receive them. The staff is helpful (especially Sandra, thanks again!); however, the young & inexperienced guys make a lot of mistakes - I got 4 different invoices in 6 minutes :)). The cars are nice, new and in good condition, which is a plus. Have a safe trip and mind the speed cameras on the "autovias" :)
We got a nice new car with no reservation fast and for a good price. The service guy was super nice. And they work on weekends! Highly recommend this place.

Living in Sant Cugat without your own car, it is the best office to rent high-end and new vehicles at an affordable price for the weekend. The staff and its director are super friendly and professional, it is a pleasure to be treated like this, I will definitely repeat!
