Very lazy person, tre hours to waiting for confirm my booking and in the end hi tel me the sistem dont working you cant take the Van. They laid me about the giving me the money back for 1-3 days but have gone 1 month and they dont give me yet. I don't recommend this company.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They leave you stranded at the airport without calling you or telling you. They give you an emergency number that no one takes. A disgraceful service and very little professionalism. We are still waiting for someone to call us to explain and give us our money back. What a shame!!
It's impossible to reach somebody through your customer service hotline! I've pressed every single possible number and all it says is to go on the website. We need urgently to inform the counter at Barcelona airport that our flight is delayed!! Where can you get the car keys after the office hours? Otherwise we are stucked at the airport in the middle of the night, with a 9month old baby. Any help asap would be much appreciated.
They keep trying to remove this review. Avoid the Record Go company at all costs. They ripped me off for EUR490. They didn't return the EUR90 fuel charge even though the car was returned completely full. They didn't explain that I couldn't go to Portugal and charged EUR400 which they took from my currency card and not even the card I used to book the rental. They are a scam company that will charge more than you bargain for. They said they emailed me but they didn't. They said they explained the border policy but they didn't. The contract says you can cross to Portugal and France. The cost is EUR15. The fine is EUR400. The staff were extremely rude when I returned the car and easily could have solved the issue. They didn't. They became angry and almost aggressive. Do not use Recird go or you will be ripped off. They also try to remove the review but it will keep being posted until they refund what they stole.
