Scammers! I rented a 7-seater vehicle for a family weekend trip on September 21st. I had the reservation confirmation days in advance. The Friday before the reservation they send me a message informing me that they are canceling the reservation that they had already charged me for. When I called them to ask about the reason, they told me that it was due to the high demand for a congress fair in Barcelona, when they are doing congress fairs all year round, and they had canceled my reservation to give the vehicle to another company or person. .. I am still waiting for the reservation amount to be refunded to me. Im going to file a report with the police. I have reserved dozens of cars in my life, both for professional and private use, and nothing like this has ever happened to me. They should close their business. The owners response is laughable, on top of that the link doesnt work. Do not rent cars at this Sant Boi office!!!!

Book for a compact, they dont have availability, they give you a corsa (economical) and they tell you that for them that car counts as a compact...if you dont have availability you have to upgrade or at least you explain it, and you dont try to sneak it in to the client

Unpresentable company, having a confirmed and paid reservation for more than three weeks, they call you 3 hours before delivery and tell you that they do not have the reserved vehicle, they offer you another much smaller van and although I accept it, when I transfer it to pick up they tell me that it is not available either and that they cannot offer me any alternative. Having a scheduled move they left me stranded without any explanation. It makes me think that since the price of booking more days in advance is cheaper, if they can rent it to someone else at a higher price then they leave you without a reservation. How professionals!!!

They are liars and unpresentable, if you dont have the van parked at your base, dont offer it, we people need to organize ourselves and these attitudes harm us. I asked for an improvement, compensation, in the price or offer, for such a mistake, but nothing.
