Hired a van for several weeks. The van was in rough condition when picked up--one window did not work, a fair amount of small damage to body work, no washer fluid, etc. Mechanically everything was fine and the staff walked through known damage. One week into rental a piece of body work on the wind screen literally separated off while driving and broke. I was away from Barcelona so contacted the rental agency twice and sent photos and did not hear a reply. I had to tape the piece to the windscreen to continue using the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle they said they hadn't received my messages (which were sent to the contact info provided on their business card). They spent one hour reviewing the damage and ultimately said it was acceptable and I left. Two weeks later I received a charge for 400 euros. The staff seemed helpful at the time, but overall probably one of the worst rental experiences I've had, between the poor condition of the vehicle, the non-existent communication, and being charged for a "damage" to a vehicle that was clearly in no condition to be driven.

Scammers! I rented a 7-seater vehicle for a family weekend trip on September 21st. I had the reservation confirmation days in advance. The Friday before the reservation they send me a message informing me that they are canceling the reservation that they had already charged me for. When I called them to ask about the reason, they told me that it was due to the high demand for a congress fair in Barcelona, when they are doing congress fairs all year round, and they had canceled my reservation to give the vehicle to another company or person. .. Se presenta mi pareja en Sant Boi, con la que fui a recoger la furgoneta hace 10 dias. Ya estan al tanto del caso, pero nos dan largas acerca de la devolucion de la fianza, y le pasan la pelota al departamento de incidencias de Madrid. Se exige alguna explicacion. La persona que nos alquilo la furgoneta dice ni siquiera recordar la cara de mi chica... . Se le pide la hoja de reclamaciones y nos la niegan... Nos dicen que no tienen fotos de la furgoneta, que las han borrado... Nos dicen que el video que muestro en Murcia con las pruebas, a ellos nos les vale... A mi parecer, no registraron el chinazo de la luna en Sant Boi en el pasado y me quieren cargar el muerto de cambiar la luna con mi fianza. Ya he llamado a Incidencias Madrid a dar constancia del trato recibido. Desde Interprise Murcia y departamento de incidencias de Madrid se ponen de la parte del cliente. Todo lo contrario en la sede de Sant Boi. Por el momento, un autentico desastre. Ya me he puesto en contacto con Facua y mi abogado. Llevo ya toda una semana esperando 400 que son mios y necesito para pasar el mes. La impotencia es muy grande. He alquilado bastantes veces coches para viajes con amigos en esta empresa y nunca he tenido ningun problema. Los coches estaban impecables y nuevos. Esta vez ya me daban una furgoneta con bastantes roces, aranazos, el retrovisor atado con cinta aislante, dos chinazos en la luna, etc... Al final me cargan el muerto a mi de las reparaciones con mi fianza... Si se resuelve el problema, actualizare el comentario.

Alquilo vehiculos industriales una media de 12 o 14 veces al ano y esta claro que todas las veces la reservare aqui, jajajaaja ni que sea la unica empresa que quede del sector lo llevo a cuestas. Te recomiendo que alquiles en cualquier otro empres hay muchas mas, serias y competentes. VERGONZOSO
