Bad prices for end of season (october). Charging more than 40 euros per day for a Fiat Panda (without insurance). Plus they don't accept debit card. I went to Wiber close to the airport instead : 10 euros per day for a Jeep avenger and they accept debit card.

Can highly recommended, everything was super transparent and solid, car was great (CarPlay is a big big advantage). Renting a car was fast and easy, also got my deposit back in just 4 days. If I ever comeback to Ibiza I will for sure use Turbo ;)

Processing went very quickly and we had no problems with delivery. We picked up the car in town and brought it back to the airport. The store is just outside the airport, and the staff will take you to the airport with a shuttle. Be sure to photograph the entire car beforehand when you pick it up and record it on video, ideally for security purposes. Our Corsa was already quite worn out on the outside and had a lot of dents in it and I had to prove that, for example, the bumper was already loose (luckily I had taken a photo of it beforehand).

Abwicklung ging sehr schnell und wir hatten bei Abgabe keine Probleme. Wir haben das Auto in der Stadt abgeholt und am Flughafen zuruck gebracht. Der Laden ist Kurz vor dem Flughafen, und das Personal bringt dich mit einem Shuttle zum Flughafen. Unbedingt vorher das gesamte Auto bei Abholung fotografieren und aufnehmen via Video am besten zur Absicherung. Unser Corsa war ausserlich schon Recht abgenutzt und hatte Dinge dolle Dellen und ich musste beweisen das zB die Stossstange vorher schon lose war (hatte ich zum Gluck vorher so fotografiert).

The guy was extremely unfriendly, you could hardly understand his English and you were always super pissed when he had to repeat himself. The hidden additional costs were not thoroughly explained. Thats why we decided not to borrow anything. The guy then reacted incredibly pissed off and slammed the money back on the table with an arrogant goodbye. There are plenty of places to rent transportation to afford something like this.

Exceptional treatment, we were served by a very nice girl who explained everything to us carefully. When I return to Ibiza I will contact the company without a doubt. The quality-price is very good and the service is ten. On our motorcycle we had a problem because the trunk wouldnt open, but we stopped at a terminal and the mechanic very quickly solved the problem.

Very competitive prices on Ibiza. Friendly staff ready to give any kind of explanation. I recommend that you also get full insurance which covers any damage. The car we received wasnt the best (very scratched and with several dents) but for what we had to do with it it was more than enough. Advised!

In my life I have rented many cars and I have seen all colors, but I have never seen a more ridiculous agency than this one. Poor choice of cars, poor knowledge of English, useless and misleading explanations and childish online assistance. After requesting the refund of the deposit, we receive an email in which they explain that we have been charged 210 euros for the alleged damage to the car, which among other things is not documented by photos and is absolutely not true, in fact upon delivery of the vehicle ( which was completely different from where they had explained to us) they had assured us that everything was fine. When asked for further explanations, they send us a copy and paste of the previous email. Clowns!

Worst rental car ever tried. Apart from the delivery of the car, in motion and on a busy road without the possibility of checking it carefully; they withheld the deposit due to a scratch on the underbody even though I had only used it one day and for a few kilometres. I ask for clarification, as the delivery clerk tells me that everything is okay and they will refund my deposit shortly, but the answers are vague and inconclusive. They tell me that they had to repair the scratch for a cost of 210! Upon requesting an invoice (through a lawyer), they show an invoice that shows that the repair shop is the same as Turbo Rent and was issued only one month after the incident. Very bad.

Chiedo delucidazioni, in quanto il commesso alla riconsegna mi dice che e tutto okay e provvederanno a restituirmi a breve il deposito, ma le risposte sono fumose e sconclusionate. Alla richiesta della fattura (tramite avvocato) esibiscono una fattura che mostra come lofficina di riparazione sia la stessa turbo rent ed e stata emessa soltanto un mese dallaccaduto. Pessimi.

La ragazza che ci ha assistito nella pratica di noleggio auto e stata gentile e molto disponibile. Inoltre ci ha fatto vedere le spiagge piu belle da visitare ad ibiza e quali erano i parcheggi liberi della zona. La macchina e arrivata con un po di ritardo ma sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno prolungato il tempo di noleggio di qualche ora senza pagare nulla.

Never had any problems so far. Although last time an almost new car was parked against a family with 3 children for 8 days. The only thing thats really not good are the bad child seats (no ISO fix, fastening extremely wobbly).
