The site was easy to use and when I made a minor mistake the team were happy to assist in making the correction. The car was perfect fine and drove well, it was spotless and the handover at the start and were seamless. Massive plus was when my daughter was unwell the team pushed the booking out by a day for us with one quick email, massive thanks for that as it allowed us to enjoy 3 days with the car later in the week. Do not not get a panda from Moto Luis. We had ours broken into three times even if you do not leave anything on display. I feel that we have been misled by Moto Luis as they have given us a car that does not lock safely. When you lock the car and test every handle it's locked, when you get back to your car it's unlocked. Do not even leave items in the boot as even if items are not on display they will still unlock your car to have a look. (Recommend if this happens to check/clean your vehicle before entering) Luckily being from London we didn't leave anything too valuable in the car just Trainers whilst taking a walk on the beach. Please note these were pleasant places that the car was parked (Built up areas) After having a look at their other pandas at moto luis, all of them on the day had their locks damaged. We should have been told that thieves target rental car pandas because they are so easy to break into. They even steal bottles of water We found the manager Marta of Moto Luis very hard to speak to, she does not listen and we had to tell her to stop talking so we could get a word in. She's too busy shouting and walking off to even get across what we wanted to say. She did not agree that we should be told that the cars could be unlocked despite her acknowledging that she knew this happens and confirmed by another member of staff this is a known issue. Given that Marta looks like she's been in this industry for a long time would have expect some more maturity and professionalism. AS A REPLY TO MOTO LUIS Your account of what happen is inaccurate! I'm glad I had the chance to warn others so they don't make the same mistake. Perhaps we have different standards of kindness, but I hope this version of "kindness" doesn't cost you future business. I can rest easy knowing I've alerted people that both the quality of cars and service are lacking in every way. Wishing you all the best moving forward.

The best car hire company on the island by a mile. I've used these guys multiple times over many summers and they've always been so easy to deal with. Collection and drop off is so easy, especially compared to others at the airport. I've sorted last minute rentals, last minute changes over the phone, email and in office and it's always been dealt with brilliantly. I recommend them to anyone heading to Ibiza.

Great service, helpful lady who patiently explained everything and advised when drawing up the contract. Just don't leave valuable things unattended in the car for a while, it only took a few minutes and we lost some money from the trunk of the car. But that was our fault ...

Best rental company on Ibiza!! Never need to look or use anyone else. Second time with Moto Luis and will hire through them next summer for a third time! Staff on collection from airport really friendly and happy to help in anyway - we had to last minute change the all in one insurance which wasn't a problem - this could have been but they understood our situation. Really happy with the standard of vehicle, was clean and drove really well which made exploring the island a lot easier and enjoyable for our weeks trip. Straightforward booking process and clear communications from the team, simple return of vehicle no niggly inspections or needless paperwork. We look forward to booking with you again next year.
