Initially was a good experience. The process was reasonable, paver was accommodating with price of deposit and the moped itself was in good condition. Had a good time during rental and it really is the best way to get around the Ireland. I did have a small incident on the moped however minimal damage was done to the ped. ( a few scratches) When I returned the bike the owner seems happy and did not say anything about keeping the deposit. However after 3 weeks there has been no refund to my account of the EUR200 deposit I do understand why but would have been nice to be told that when I dropped it of. Other than that can't fault the service.

Scam! I payed 350 euros deposit and didn't get it back after returning the scooter. Please dont do bussiness with these guys. I will take legal steps since the owner ignores my messages.

Terrible experience. Absolute scammer - stole our deposit money saying we had scratched the car when we had photographic evidence that the scratches were already there. He waited til we were off the island (telling us at the time that everything was fine and we would receive the full deposit) and when my friend contacted him about not receiving the deposit he told us he'd be taking money off. He blocked us when we tried to contest. Save yourself the hassle and the money and rent from somewhere else.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND PEOPLE'S HONESTY, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IBIZATOP RENTALS. THEY BLAME YOU FOR DAMAGE THAT WAS ALREADY THERE AND DO NOT RETURN YOUR FULL DEPOSIT - EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE THAT THE DAMAGE WAS ALREADY THERE. I rented a car from the company "Ibiza Top Rentals" for EUR175 per day with EUR750 deposit. Upon returning the car, both myself and the owner of the company, Pablo, walked around the car together to see that everything was fine and that the car was in the same condition it had been in when I picked it up in the morning. Confirming it was, we made a verbal agreement that the full EUR750 would be taken off hold/pending and show back in my account within 1 to 2 days. Contrary to what was promised, the company then proceeded to take the whole EUR925 (PS819) from my account a couple of days later, after I had returned the car and left Ibiza. I messaged the owner to ask when I would be refunded my full deposit, he replied that he would not refund the whole amount as there was a scratch on the car. He sent me a couple of pictures of the scratch, which were date and time stamped for 5 days after I had returned the car. I replied with pictures I had taken of the same scratch that was on the car which I had noticed when picking the car up, these photos are also time and date stamped. The before (left) photo and the 5 days after (right) photo clearly show the identical pattern. The scratch looks worse on his pictures because the sand and dust from a day's driving, plus 5 more days of who knows what, has gathered around it (as you can see, sand and dust is all over the rest of the bumper). The pictures on the right just need a damp cloth wiping over them! He refused to acknowledge that the scratch was there before, even though the photos I sent him were screenshots with the time and date stamped, and he changed his initial agreement that he would return the full EUR750 to he would return EUR660 and keep EUR90. I contested this and he promptly blocked me. Another point worth noting is that I had to message him, chasing my deposit. He sent me a photo of the receipt showing the EUR660 being refunded to my account (bizarrely having been done in three separate transactions) for that exact time that we were conversing, 5 days after I had returned the car. Had I not asked for my money, he would most probably not have refunded it at all. It is extremely unprofessional for a company to remove funds from a customer's account without mutual agreement and it took multiple messages to receive confirmation of when I would be refunded my deposit and even then it was not in full as it should have been. As a result of this company's incompetence and deceitful nature - I am 90 euros short on paper, but PS819.87 left my account and only PS584.99 was returned in total. Meaning I paid PS234.88 to rent a car for 10 hours! I have also incurred interest on the deposit that was fraudulently removed and have been distracted, wasting time and energy on a process that should have been stress free and seamless. As you will see from other reviews, the company and owner have done this to previous customers, conveniently waiting until you leave the island in the hope you will not do anything about it and that EUR90 is too small amount to bother about. This is not the kind of Ibiza come down anyone wants. Save yourself the headache, go to a reputable company.

All good, the 125cc was perfect for two people, i had my caution back right at the Time i give the scooter back! You can trust the person and be honest if you have an accident or if you see some noise with the scooter

Great, honest service. Very friendly family business. We got the car we wanted for the price we wanted and had a great day touring the island. Highly recommend.
