Vaig llogar una furgoneta vw transporter, lliurada amb fortes olors a gasoil, per tant aquell vehicle el van utilitzar transportant productes inflamables, (totalment prohibit), per tant no li van fer la corresponent nateja i desinfeccio que han de fer cada cop que es lloga, i mes en epoca COVID la vaig utilitzar sols un dia per poder transportar un sofa i aquests va quedar impregnat de les fortes olors, Ruzafa no es va responsabilitzar, demanen una serie de requisits i obligacions pero alhora de compensar un mal servei no reconeixen, mai mes Ruzafa,
