Service was great. Selected car, date and time all no problem. Price was fair. Car (a Jeep) was a bit rough and the hand brake was pretty much useless. Had to open the centre armrest to get all the way up as it wouldn't hold the car on a hill without going all the way until it wouldn't go any further. Only found this out on a step hill. Other than all was good. Payment was easy and deposit was paid straight back on return or car.

Used twice in the last week to hire a car, great service and car. Walked in each time, had a car available which was well presented, clean and tidy, renting process was easy and quick, car was faultless, returned with the petrol topped up and had my deposit returned and back in my account the following day.

Hired a vespa for a few days while in Ibiza to see the island, can't fault the service I got off the 2 men in the store, very courteous from start to finish and the prices are best on the island with very reliable bikes/cars, will definitely be using again, thank you

Turbo were brilliant from start to finish. We had the car within 20 mins having provided my driving license and payment. They took a 300 euro deposit on my card which was instantly released when I gave the car back in the same condition. The service was efficient and the car was new and extremely clean. Would highly recommend!

Very satisfied! We booked our scooter online for 3 days, which was very easy. The scooter we booked was not there, but we were offered a better one at the same price. Helmets and a short briefing were provided on site. The return was also uncomplicated. All the staff were very friendly. Thank you!! :)

We were served by a lovely lady, however another male member of staff totally undid all her good customer service. On day one we went in and asked about quad bikes, he rushed us out the shop and was just really rude. On day 2 we walked past to see a lady in the shop, we wouldn't have gone in had the same gentleman have been in. She served us and organised a car quickly and efficiently. The following morning we took the car back, it was 8:50 so we were a little early, we'd been told to post the keys in the box if we were outside of office hours. To our dread the same rude gentleman was back in the shop, we waited outside (which we were more than happy to do) he gestured for us to go away. Following what we'd been told the previous day, we thought we'd post our keys in the box & leave. He immediately shot up and asked us what on earth we'd done & questioned if we wanted our deposit back. This confused us as there surely must be a lot of people dropping their car off outside the office hours. He was really incredibly rude (to say he has a customer facing job & must have to deal with 100s of tourists) and kept telling us how he doesn't have the keys to the lock box until 11am so wasn't sure if we could have our deposit back. After assuring him we'd actually filled the car up more than stated he finally agreed to give us our deposit back. Just such a shame because the lady who had given us the car was really lovely & helpful. This guy totally lets the company down.

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM: They gave us a scooter with a punctured tire, we have the video from before we left, license plate was 8938JFL, rented on 12th July. They admitted the punctured tire was from customers before us and they repaired it but clearly not properly. When we realized the tire was deflating slowly as we were driving, we called them to bring us a new one. We paid for all risk insurance when we rented. Now they took 195EUR from my credit card because of damage to the wheel?! Because they didn't repair it properly and the tire slowly deflated as we drove with it for 2-3h and then blame us for damage to the wheel for driving with a deflating tire?? I claim my 195EUR back!

I booked a scooter for 4 days, online from the San Antonio T1 branch. I was a bit worried as some of the reviews were not great. My experience however was really good. Booking online was easy and I got a great price. When I went to pick it up the young guy in the office was really helpful and friendly. I had amazing amazing time touring round Ibiza visiting lots of different beaches and looking for different places to view the sunset each night. It was great. I took the scooter back 4 days later and was given a receipt for my refunded deposit, which appeared in the bank the same day. I will definitely use this company again. The service was great from start to finish.
