I give them one star because they could be given less. Terrible treatment. We rent a parcel carrier for two days and we go and it turns out that it is broken. They havent even warned us. Alquilamos una furgoneta la verdad que era muy nueva y en perfectas condiciones, pero con ellos se acuerda una cosa y al final se hace otra, nos dijeron que el kilometraje de mas se cobraba a 0,12 mas iva y nos lo cobraron a 0,17 , ademas nos dijeron que nos cobrarian 3 dias si no lo dejaramos por la noche y la dejamos a las 18:30 horas y nos cobraron medio dia mas, teniendo como teniamos opcion de irnos en otra furgoneta confiamos en ellos porque no era la primera vez que usabamos esta empresa y ahora nos sentimos estafados. Ademas todo este dinero lo han retenido de la fianza que pagamos, cuando la fianza ha de ser si el coche sufre desperfectos y lo normal es hacer la cuenta del kilometraje y que te digan, es tanto y ya tu con ellos lo tramitas y pagas. Muy descontentos, no volveremos a confiar en su palabra ni en sus servicios.
