Autocaravan Express in San Sebastian de los Reyes

We can recommend this caravan rental 100%. We started planning our trip short term, so all German stations had no caravans left. I found this website and they told me they have some left. It didn't matter where we had been, we always had one of the best motorhomes :D I was a bit scared in the beginning, because you send money to a Spanish bank in advance to fix the reservation, but you don't have to worry, it is all very well organized. We could even travel through 2 countries with a different return station. We would always book again with Autocaravan Express. Thank you :)

Sent a message 4 days ago, no response. We're trying to book a camper for 8 days as we are going to visit some potential houses and land to buy. But availability was unclear as some of their (re)sellers show the camper available and their website does not. It's a pity... Need to rent elsewhere for now and in the future!

Excellent service, well maintained vehicle, a pleasure to drive. All functions explained very well at pick up and later on during the trip responded promptly to all queries. The equipment supplied with vehicle- utensils, kitchen equipment, gas, linen, toilet and cleaning kit was more than sufficient for the 40 day trip. Strongly recommend renting from them.

Raquel and all of the staff are so helpful and service is really efficient. We've used Autocaravans many times now. Motorhomes are spotlessly clean and we've never had a vehicle problem or any issue but the team often check in. All we have to do really is enjoy our holiday, so we have! Thanks once again and hopefully see you next year in 2024....!

The company is very welcoming and friendly. Communication with them was good and they were available for anything we needed. Maria and raquel were amazing and took care of us all the throughout the trip. They even didn't charge us for chairs that were stolen from us, They really want you to have a great trip! Maria you are the best! The van (v132) is very comfortable and suitable for a couple , we had an unforgettable experience! Good vehicle and had a lovely trip. Would have been a 5 star rating, but I must say that the customer service levels are not a 5 star but rather a 3 star service. They will treat you nicely before the rental but upon return they try to stiff you with extra charges that they don't clearly communicate upfront. We had broken a mosquito screen door inadvertently, and upon return I pointed this out myself to the staff member doing the walk-through. Next day they call me to tell me that THEY FOUND the mosquito net broken (as if I tried to trick them, when I willingly told them about it upon return) and they of course charge an arm & leg to repair the mosquito net ( EUR462). It is fine, since we broke it we should of course pay, but the treatment as if I had tried to pass a fast one on them when in fact I had communicated it to them upfront is lacking. They also charged me an extra half a day for returning it late according to the paperwork you sign in the office but that isn't stipulated in the digital versions of the contract they send you before. Fine, nothing illegal here, just bad transparency with customers. And after being forced to rent for 7 days when originally asked for only 5 days given that it was Semana Santa (understandable) to then have to pay an extra half day for leaving the RV in PERFECTLY CLEAN condition just 6 hours after their stipulated return time seems a bit petty and causes some negative taste in the mouth with customers. But hey, it is their right to do so. They also treat you like you have no more use for them, super short and rude at the end of the renal. Fine place to rent an RV from, just beware and expect a different treatment at the end.

Excellent service at a great price. The motorhome was exactly as we requested. There were no problems. We had 2 little questions during the trip. But they were answered immediately via Whatsapp. Also the drop-off went smoothly and quickly, although it was in the city and also at a different place than the pickup location. We cleaned the camper a little bit inside. So there were no problems with the refund of the deposit. I would do it again next time. A clear recommendation. Thanks!

We had an excellent vacation in one of their motorhomes. The car was like new, clean and well equipped, gave us unforgettable memories of month long touring in Andalusia. Best recommendation.
