Super informales en nuestro caso. Somos un matrimonio con 2 hijos, una de 7 y un bebe de 7 meses. A 5 dias de recoger la autocaravana ya abonada al 100% y con todo el viaje organizado, con lo que conllevan los peques, nos llaman y nos dejan tirados diciendo que la Autocaravana ha sufrido un accidente y no nos la pueden alquilar finalmente. Sin pedir disculpas ni ofreciendonos una alternativa de otra autocaravanay dejandonos tirados las vacaciones y la ilusion nuestra y de nuestra hija, que se quedo llorando cuando nos escucho hablar de ello. Nos dicen que nos devuelven el dinero con 50 euros de indemnizacion que es lo que pone el contrato y se acabo. No recomendable esta empresa por el trato que nos han brindado desde el principio. Super informal in our case. We are a couple with 2 children, a 7-year-old and a 7-month-old baby. 5 days after picking up the motorhome, already 100% paid for and with the entire trip organized, with what the kids entail, they call us and leave us stranded saying that the Motorhome has suffered an accident and they cannot finally rent it to us. Without apologizing or offering us an alternative to another motorhome and leaving us and our daughter's and our vacations wasted, who was left crying when she heard us talk about it. They tell us that they will return our money with 50 euros in compensation, which is what the contract says and that's it. This company is not recommended due to the treatment they have given us from the beginning. Informal.
Ha sido nuestra primera experiencia en autocaravana, y estamos muy contentos. Hemos viajado 2 adultos y una nina de 3 anos, y hemos estado comodos y la nina lo mas feliz. El propietario nos ha atendido muy bien y nos ha explicado todo perfectamente. No le falta un detalle, esta muy bien cuidada y muy limpia. Nuestra ruta ha sido por la costa de Cadiz. Muy recomendable. Repetiremos!
It was our first experience in a motorhome, and we are very happy. We have traveled with 2 adults and a 3-year-old girl, and we have been comfortable and the girl was happiest. The owner treated us very well and explained everything to us perfectly. Not a detail is missing, it is very well maintained and very clean. Our route has been along the coast of Cadiz. Highly recommended. We will repeat!
Una experiencia perfecta!!! La autocaravana en perfecto estado, muy limpia y nueva. El trato del personal extraordinario, muy buenos consejos y confianza 100%. Ha sido la primera vez , pero sin pensarlo repetiremos. Muchas gracias por hacernos pasar una aventura inolvidable.

Alquilamos en agosto un grupo de amigos tres vehiculos, una autocaravana integral, Ia perfilada y una camper la mia era la Integral y es super bonita y comoda. Me encanto la experiencia ademas el chico q nos atendio, Alan super majo nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitabamos y ademas durante nuestro viaje nos llamaba para ver q tal ibamos con la auto si teniamos algun problema o duda. In August, a group of friends rented three vehicles, an integral motorhome, the profiled one, and a camper, mine was the Integral one and it is super nice and comfortable. I loved the experience, plus the guy who helped us, Alan, super nice, helped us with everything we needed and also during our trip he called us to see how we were doing with the car if we had any problems or questions. Estamos encantados. Hemos estado 15 dias viajando dos adultos y dos ninos. La autocaravana que elegimos fue la Rimor seal 95 plus. Estaba en perfecto estado - !aun huele a nueva! Pedimos verla en dos ocasiones, una antes de alquilarla y otra para preparar el viaje (para medir si entraban las bicicletas, etc). En ningun momento nos pusieron pegas, todo fueron facilidades. Se nota que disfrutan alquilando sus autocaravanas y quieren que sus clientes disfruten al maximo. Cuidan hasta el mas minimo detalle. Te facilitan manguera, cables, alargadoras, liquido de WC, sillas y mesa plegables...!hasta un hornillo camping gaz para hacer de comer fuera de la autocaravana! !Estamos deseando volver a tener unos dias libres para repetir!
We are delighted. We have been traveling for 15 days, two adults and two children. The motorhome we chose was the Rimor seal 95 plus. It was in perfect condition - it still smells new! We asked to see it on two occasions, once before renting it and another to prepare the trip (to measure if the bicycles would fit, etc.). At no time did they give us any problems, everything was easy. It is clear that they enjoy renting their motorhomes and want their clients to enjoy themselves to the fullest. They take care of even the smallest detail. They provide you with hose, cables, extension cords, toilet fluid, folding chairs and table...even a gas camping stove to eat outside the motorhome! We are looking forward to having a few days off to repeat!
Buena empresa para el alquiler de autocaravanas,lo mejor es el trato personal y la dedicacion y profesionalidad. En todo momento,en el viaje por muy lejos que estuviesemos, nos sentiamos arropados con una asistencia a cualquier hora por ellos. Me ayudaron incluso en planificar el viaje para que saliera lo mejor posible .
