Enterprise Rent-A-Car in San Rafael

I never thought I'd write a Google review about a car rental company but this location is just incredible. The team was the most welcoming, efficient and professional folks I've rented from and I rented a LOT of cars all over the world. Very smooth rental and return and a great exotic car selection.

This team does fantastic collaboration. At pick up, Lauren stopped a project she was working on to help out when the customer service desk got busy. Quality of rental and service was excellent, and at a great price. Also appreciated the follow up call to confirm that all was well when I dropped the rental off after hours. Would definitely rent here again.

First and foremost, excellent customer service and the vehicle oh my God it drove wonderful and the gas saving it is good on my suggestion to you when you rent you a 2023 Nissan Altima grade on gas unbelievable I'm not making this up. I had a great experience and I thank them so much. my experience was so great. I will be renting another car and I pacifically told them I want nothing but that 2023 Nissan Altima I'm gonna rent it for my birthday.

This 5-star Enterprise office saved the day for me. I had booked a Hertz car at least a month ahead for my trip, only to find out the afternoon that Hertz had no cars for me. No apology. No suggestion for where else I might look, etc. I contacted this Enterprise office and the staff could not have been nicer and more understanding. They confirmed there would indeed be a car for me if I came when they suggested. They had a driver come get me preventing a Lyft ride to their office. They price was 1/3 less than what I was going to pay at Hertz. I was truly blown away by the service. I'm so grateful they were able to hook me up last minute.

As a retired traveling sales rep, I've rented plenty of cars in my time most as a "skip the counter go right to your car" rewards member. That company let me down for my last three rentals so I switched. I've used Enterprise twice in the past 60 days and they have captured my loyalty. That said, the experience renting a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Medway, San Rafael location was the best experience in YEARS! Despite having very specific needs (7 passengers, baby, luggage traveling for 2 weeks) Justin listened, provided sound advice and confirmed that the vehicle I needed would be there when I arrived. No bait and switch with Enterprise. The car, the staff, the online experience were superb. To say I am satisfied is an understatement. I would absolutely recommend Enterprise in general and the San Rafael location in particular.

The reservation process was easy, and the staff at the pick-up location were friendly, professional, and efficient. The car was clean and in excellent condition, making my trip comfortable and hassle-free. Returning the car was also quick and straightforward. I appreciated the responsive customer service when I had questions. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend your services to others.

I've rented plenty of cars before, but this Enterprise is one of the best so far. Matthew Hudson really made sure we picked the car that we felt the most comfortable with. Despite how busy it was at that time, he always attended us when we had questions. He's also very personable as he even remembered me when I called later with questions.

When another rental company (I shall not name) notified me with less than 24 hrs notice that they wouldn't have a car available for me despite my reserving it weeks ahead of time, I had to scramble. I called Enterprise first, and the agent was so helpful and understanding. She assured me that when I reserved the care that "we always have cars for our customers if we say we do". My interactions with the staff at the San Rafael office (Medway Rd) was seamless and efficient. Nice folks who cared what I thought and made sure I was happy with my choice of two cars in my price range. Dropoff was speedy and painless at the Sacramento airport.
