I had the misfortune of dealing with the worst car deal of my entire life. Under the false promise that their vehicles were backed by a one-year warranty, they tricked me into making a purchase that quickly turned into a nightmare. This place is a total fraud and the owner is truly heartless. After hearing promises of a one-year warranty, I thought I had finally found a trustworthy place to buy a used car. However, once I signed the papers and drove my new (or so I thought) car off the lot, it became a series of never-ending problems. Within weeks, the car began to have serious mechanical problems. Although I tried to contact the buyer and remind him of his guarantee promise, his response was total indifference. He completely ignored me and tried to blame me for the problems that arose, even going so far as to tell me that it was my fault for not properly maintaining the vehicle. Incredible! The worst of all was the owners attitude. His treatment of me was absolutely unacceptable. He spoke to me in a rude and derogatory manner, as if I was delusional for expecting him to fulfill his guarantee promise. Instead of taking responsibility and offering any solution, he simply ignored me and left me in the lurch. I cant put into words how frustrating and angry I feel about this car deal. Not only have I been scammed with a defective vehicle, but I have also been treated disrespectfully. Its a shame that there are places like this that take advantage of consumers and then wash their hands when a problem arises. My recommendation is that you stay away from this car buying and selling at all costs. Dont fall for their lies and empty promises. If you are looking for a reliable used car, look elsewhere where the customer is respected and the guarantees offered are honored. This place does not deserve even one star in its rating.

Se desentendio por completo y trato de culparme a mi por los problemas que surgieron, incluso llegando al extremo de decirme que era mi culpa por no haber mantenido adecuadamente el vehiculo. !Increible! Lo peor de todo fue la actitud del dueno. Su trato hacia mi fue absolutamente inaceptable. Me hablo de manera grosera y despectiva, como si fuera un iluso por esperar que cumpliera con su promesa de garantia. En lugar de asumir la responsabilidad y ofrecer alguna solucion, simplemente me ignoro y dejo en la estacada. No puedo expresar con palabras lo frustrante y enojado que me siento con esta compraventa de coches. No solo me han estafado con un vehiculo defectuoso, sino que tambien me han tratado de manera irrespetuosa. Es una verguenza que existan lugares como este que se aprovechan de los consumidores y luego se lavan las manos cuando surge algun problema. Mi recomendacion es que te mantengas alejado de este compraventa de coches a toda costa. No caigas en sus mentiras y promesas vacias. Si buscas un coche usado de confianza, busca en otros lugares donde se respete al cliente y se cumplan las garantias ofrecidas. Este lugar no merece ni una estrella en su calificacion.
