If I could close these criminals down I would. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Bought an SL500 from F IMMO in San Pedro and within 2 weeks I had problems with the car (cooling system). After months of backwards and forwards, and two car break downs I have given up (unless someone advices me differently) on these crooks honouring their 12 month warranty, even though there was a significant engine fault writhin 2 weeks! These jokers argued, without even looking at the car, that it was a faulty radiator which isn't considered part of the engine, and therefore not covered by their warranty. This was NOT the problem, I had to replace the Oil cooler, water pump, fan, thermometer, heat sensor, cooling tank, and cooling tubes. Effectively, I have an entire new cooling system, which F IMMO unbelievablely still argue is not considered "the engine", and not covered in their warranty!!??? Their warranty is one page and entirely in Spanish so it is my fault for not running this by a lawyer first, but they appear so professional, upmarket and slick, and really sold how great their afterservice was, I bought into their bull and went with the flow. Despite what they say there is no after service or customer car, and their warranty is worthless. It looks and feels like a professional organisation when you are there, but their true colours come out if you discover problems on your purchase. Looking at other reviews it appears I am not F IMMO in San Pedro only victim.! Finally, one of the positive reviews is from the estate agency next door, which is owned by Mr Fischer, who is the owner on F IMMO. One of the others is another company Director. Stay well clear!
Been trying to purchase a car from Fimmo, I called 4 times but no one returned my telephone calls, also when trying to speak with Mr Fischer he refused to speak with me. Great customer service ! In the end I went to Benet in Marbella, good service.
Nice Car Gallery. Was really nice helped by Mr. Fischer and Mr Max. Make it possible to make for me a nice deal with the previous owner in a short time. And also the car was ready for me in a short time. Before I left they helpd me to configurate the board computer. It was a nice drive back home with my Bentley. Now I have to wait for around two weeks for the papers. I let you guys know how that went.
