I booked a car rental at a branch while on holiday with my family, with a 1 pm pick-up on a Saturday. Due to a late Uber, I arrived a few minutes past 1 pm. Attempts to contact the branch and the Spanish call center before arriving were unsuccessful. When I got there, the office ightrs were on and the car I reserved was parked outside and unlocked. Assuming the keys might be inside, I checked the car but found none. While trying to search for the key, two men came out, including a staff member named Jose, who was extremely aggressive and confrontational. Despite my calm explanation and showing proof of my reservation, he refused to provide the car, giving inconsistent reasons like system issues and eventually admitted he didn't want to give it to me and couldn't provide a good reason. Perhaps he was having a bad day. He told me to try Budget and that we would be refunded. He then aggressively drove the car back behind a secure fence, which I captured on video (you can hear the tryes screeching) I had to take a cab to Budget, where I managed to rent a car at double the price. Despite contacting Enterprise in the UK for a refund, I've received no response to date, and my card hasn't been refunded. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card, backed by photos and videos of the incident.

I had a fantastic experience with the Enterprise team! From the moment I picked up the car to the drop-off, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their outstanding customer service made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the support and professionalism of the staff. I know some people have good and bad experiences with hire car companies. In my experience, with this branch of Enterprise, with Nadia's assistance, I received a 5 star service. Nadia was very helpful and informative of necessary information and very polite. It was a pleasure and I shall return to this branch in the future.

Avoid this place! It's a complete fraud. I booked and paid in advance for the highest category, but when I arrived, I was given the lowest category without any refund. They claimed that since I paid online, I would need to contact the website for a refund, but there has been no response at all. When I spoke to the office, they rudely said, "We're just workers here; even if we cancel your reservation, we can't refund anything since you paid online." I've been chasing them for over two weeks to get my money back, but unfortunately, I still haven't received any response. Literally, they have stolen my money, and nobody can help me with that!

Horrible experience. Booked a car, received confirmation and got charged but upon arrival they said there is no car. I asked why I received the confirmation, they replied this happens frequently. DON'T RENT FROM HERE OTHERWISE MIGHT RUIN YOUR PLANS. Now I'm chasing them to return my money, what the hell !!! 15 days past but yet has not been refunded!

Absolutely unbelievably customer respect! Booked car hire for five days online pick up in local San Pedro office only to arrive by taxi to be informed she had no cars. She didn't even bother to call us. Simply because we have an Irish phone number! She didn't email us to cancel booking or inform a they had no cats available. Yet they did via email confirm booking before we left in taxi for office!! All we were given were weak excuses, no apology!! Absolutely next to no help or assistance in finding an alternative. She didn't even bother calling her neighbouring enterprise office as she said they were different company. she was very unprofessional, very rude, extremely unhelpful, normt a good Enterprise representative for the company!! We were left sitting in office to find our own alternative as she dealt with another customer. Definitely no respect for customer loyalty or appreciation of our business. Definitely not a recommendation for Enterprise car hire!! Sixt on the other hand we're only too pleased to oblige and assist and sorted us out immediately.
