Me pongo en contacto con esta empresa para la compra de un vehiculo, me dicen que aceptan coches como parte de pago por lo que le mando fotos para obtener una tasacion de mi vehiculo y ver si podemos cerrar una operacion de un coche que tiene 4 meses publicado, viendo que pasan los dias y no me contesta me pongo en contacto con ellos por si tiene novedades me dice que nos le interesa mi coche. Cuando le pregunto al comercial el porque, me basila diciendome que no me moleste si no quieren mi coche. Lo peor que prezjugan al cliente porque mi idea era comprar el coche que tienen publicado ya que mi coche lo tengo practicamente vendido a un particular. Pero viendo la carta de inaguracion que me han dado seguire buscando en otro lugar. Como veo que contestan tambien a las resenas dejando en evidencia al cliente lo tengo todo en el WhatsApp. Vergonzoso
I contact this company to purchase a vehicle, they tell me that they accept cars as part of payment so I send them photos to obtain an appraisal of my vehicle and see if we can close a transaction for a car that is 4 months old published, seeing that the days go by and he doesn't answer me, I contact them in case he has any news and he tells me that he is interested in my car. When I ask the salesperson why, he basically tells me not to bother if they don't want my car. The worst thing is that they prejudge the client because my idea was to buy the car that they have advertised since I have practically sold my car to an individual. But seeing the opening letter they gave me, I will continue looking elsewhere. As I see that they also respond to the reviews, leaving the client in evidence, I have everything on WhatsApp. Shameful
I bought them a car over a year ago when they were called RS2. The car had a problem which I observed the same day it was delivered to me. The solution of the problem cost me over 5.000EUR for a 15.000EUR used vehicle (33% of the price). When I complain, they told me I had a guarantee. But this type of guarantee works when the problem occurs after using the car, not when it is delivered. As professionals they should have checked the car before selling it. After over 3 months waiting for a compromise, when my layer called them, they said the company in question didn't exist anymore. But when I went there, they were the same people and the same stock. This it what I call a scam. I have just seen the owner's response and it shows their bad faith. It's exactly what they told the layer: "we're another company". They changed the name of the company to avoid the consequences of their scam. Avoid this company by all means. I've posted pictures of the place as it was in 2022 (RS2) and as it looks like now (Coches Direct Marbella). Different company name, but same place, same, people, same scam. Don't complain if you're cheated, you've been advised.
Contento con el servicio hasta el momento de la entrega ! Siendo justo !!! Luego no se preocupan ni de contestar siquiera , ante un problema que comuniques, diciendote que cubre exclusivamente el motor, sin interesarse y encima dando quejas del coche que hayas entregado el cual no son profesionales ni para examinar antes ni despues de regatear por el ! Y dar quejas luego al reclamar la garantia tu, de Lo que no sea por mal uso y desgaste que debe estar cubierto durante minimo 6meses no solo el motor
Happy with the service until the moment of delivery! Being fair!!! Then they don't even bother to respond to a problem that you report, telling you that it exclusively covers the engine, without being interested and on top of that giving complaints about the car that you have delivered which they are not professionals to examine before or after haggling for it! And make complaints later when claiming your warranty, other than for misuse and wear that must be covered for at least 6 months, not just the engine.
Went to many garages looking for a car for me and my family, Coches Direct Marbella was by far the best place, staff were so very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of cars and at such reasonable prices. Couldn't recommend them enough great place if your looking to purchase a vehicle.
Very good place. Good Prices. Nice staff. And you can park your car easily with them. No stress about parking.
