Hired a car for just a day to tour the island. It was great to know the price we paid included everything (except fuel of course) Great little car which was immaculate. The lady who I dealt with was lovely. There was a slight hiccup in dropping off the car at the hotel but it was all sorted out quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use Bissaucar again.

5 star Service hands down. I have had 2 experiences with this company. 1) Back in june I rented a 5 seater kia for a full day, they car dropped to my hotel the night before, I toured part of the island and my car got picked back up from the hotel the following morning. Super service. 2) I revisited the hotel for 2 weeks in September with my parents, we rented a 7 seater renault van. Brand new, spotless. We arranged for the pick up and drop of at the airport this time. So easy, car literally waiting for us. I will be using Bissaucar again and cannot recommend them enough, great cars, super service, convenient, fairly priced and someone at the end of the phone all the time. Priceless.

We reserved a car just a day before our planned trip. Next day was a car already in front of the hotel. Brand new Renault Kangoo for 7 persons. We signed a contract immediately. The best car hire service I have used, by far. I contacted them, hired a seven seater which was brought to me in just over an hour, the car was immaculate and the guys were caring and brilliant. A simple, no hidden extras and fabulous service. Oh, and the price - OMG I was blown away, much cheaper than other companies. What a find - I will be back soon and spread the word guys. Well done on such a great company!!!!

The easiest rental I can remember. I called and booked a 7 seater for next day use. Around EUR100 for one day's rental (including insurance) which I paid using Apple Pay when the car was delivered to the hotel at the time that was agreed. The car was modern, very clean, well looked after and a full tank of petrol. On our return I filled the tank in the petrol station located within Marina Rubicon before parking the car where it had been left for us, before handing the keys to hotel reception. Can't recommend Bissaucars on Lanzarote enough! We were on the island over Christmas and it was a surprise birthday trip, meaning I only found out about it mid-December. I wanted to rent a seven-seater so that myself, my wife, our 17 year old son, my parents and my auntie could go explore for a few days. Endless fruitless searches with the big suppliers who had no seven-seaters later, I stumbled across Bissaucars - and am so glad I did! Eugenia and Jonny were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They actually had a seven-seater available - a stunning, virtually new Skoda Kodiaq - and delivered/picked it up from our hotel. Price-wise they were not that different to the 'big guys' on the island, but I would happily pay that bit more for such excellent service and a fantastic-quality vehicle! Highly recommended, and I for sure will be using them when I return to Lanzarote.
