Enterprise truly cares about their customers. I got a flat tire during my rental experience and Jairo was able to assist me with the process in a seamless and stress free manner. Not only were we not charged for the flat tire but they were apologetic for the inconvenience. Fantastic service and absolutely recommend.
I had a fantastic experience. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Both representatives took their time to assist me, ensuring my experience was above and beyond what I expected. They were friendly and attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I rented via my American Express to pick up and return in the Airport. I received an excellent service. Very Professional and practical. I flew Jet Blue. Rentals at the airport are in another building next door to the terminals. It is a little of a walk or there is a shuttle. I rented an economy car. Very, very Economy. Car fits 4 and has a trunk. It is three cylinders but worked well. Suspension was poor and I told them about it. We went to the countryside with no issues. Returning was also easy, and efficient. Employees were helpful and professional.
Enterprise was my go to for renting cars, but not anymore. 2 months ago I rented an SUV in Lawrence Kansas and it was given to me dirty, with worn out brakes and broken driver side wiper. Last week I rented a minivan in Puerto Rico and it had dirt cup holders, one cup holder had someone's nails, seats were dirty and stinky with sweat or salt water marks, sticky center console with beer under the rubber, the A/C air stinking ect. I gave them 2 stars because they took $100 off my bill.
In my 15 years renting from enterprise, this is the first time a situation like This happened. I was given the option between A dirty car or a toy, blue or ugly blue. I try for the attendant to give me different car, but he only gave me those two options or downgrade. at 12:30 in the morning. That's the last thing you wanna deal with. On my way out the parking lot, when I try to put the seatbelt. We realize that seatbelt was not working. So the gate Attendance sent me back to get another car, but the two attendance dispatching told me that they will be back because they had to move cars so they had me waiting for 10 minutes so I decided that I had to leave. Keep in mind there was nobody else renting cars at that time.. again. This is at 12:30 in the morning After traveling 6 hours so I spent three days with the car dirty from the Beginning and with no working seatbelts. Sorry, I have to deal with the seatbelt alarm beeping every time I turn on the car, I will shut off by itself . I have a video, but I cannot upload it. The attendance at the airport was the worst I ever had on enterprise. And the only reason I ran from enterprise is because how well they treat me. But this time it was awful
I rented a compact vehicle for my trip to Puerto Rico from 8/23-8/27, and was not happy with the car that I was given for my rental. I asked if I could exchange it for another one at the time of the rental and they told me I couldn't unless I wanted to pay more. They gave me a car that had been involved in an accident, with a mangled suspension and was very noisy. Overall, not too happy with the service.
My experience with enterprise was amazing. Receive my rental in just a few minutes. the lady at the counter was very friendly and kind. Definitely will be renting again.
Just recently rented an SUV at the San Juan Airport and I can't say enough good things about the level of customer service I received. Checking in was painless. All car rental companies had massive lines, but Enterprise kept the lines moving and I had zero issues there. The first SUV delivered had a non-working 2nd row seatbelt. The 2 ladies helping me immediately found an exact replacement vehicle with less miles and I was on my way. Dropping off the vehicle was a snap as well. The Enterprise employee taking delivery of the return was polite and friendly. I booked through Costco and got a nice little discount as well. Enterprise is my Rental Company of choice in the US and will be when I return to Puerto Rico. PS - We fit 5 medium sized suitcases, 2 carryon sized suitcases and a backpack with the 3 row folded down.
