El 30 de diciembre llame 2 minutos antes de cerrar para rentar un coche y el dueno amablemente nos espero y nos atendio de maravilla, nos dieron un Ford Focus y estaba en excelente estado, 100% recomendadod

Decepcionada con el estado del vehiculo. Alquilamos un coche para las vacaciones porque el nuestro se averio el ano pasado y aunque lo arreglamos, no queriamos arriesgarnos. Al hacer la reserva nos dijeron que todos los coches eran aproximadamente de 2017 lo cual no nos parecio mal, pero al recogerlo el dia acordado nos dieron un Focus de 2012 (esto lo sabemos por la matricula) y al comenzar el viaje nos dimos cuenta de que vibraba muchisimo tanto a baja velocidad como en autopista, haciendo los trayectos una verdadera tortura. Ademas la tapiceria de tela estaba muy sucia y el volante dejaba las manos negras. No pudimos cambiarlo porque empezamos el viaje un domingo. Al devolver el coche simplemente asumieron que la flota que tienen es antigua pero que no tienen previsto renovarla. Entiendo que los precios son mas economicos que en otros sitios debido precisamente a esto.
Disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. We rented a car for the holidays because ours broke down last year and although we fixed it, we didn't want to risk it. When making the reservation they told us that all the cars were from approximately 2017 which didn't seem bad to us, but when we picked it up on the agreed day they gave us a 2012 Focus (we know this from the license plate) and as the trip began we realized that which vibrated a lot both at low speed and on the highway, making the journeys a real torture. In addition, the fabric upholstery was very dirty and the steering wheel left your hands black. We couldn't change it because we started the trip on a Sunday. By returning the car they simply assumed that the fleet they have is old but that they have no plans to renew it. I understand that the prices are cheaper than other places precisely because of this.
