The staff is friendly, warm, very helpful and professional. The car rental was in very good condition and allowed us to explore the island feeling safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and rent from this Enterprise location again.
Jun'24 rental experience was fantastic. Car was ready with the AC on when we arrived. Staff was very efficient and communicated clearly. Top notch service and employees. Rented from here when stopping in San Juan for a cruise port. $7 uber from the port to here. Staff was able to pivot quickly and give us a ride back to the port helping us ensure we made the ship in time (we were running late due to PR traffic). Very grateful!! We felt very taken care of! Would go out of my way to rent from here again!
Wonderful customer service! This team is on point . Rafi and Tamarra made me feel very welcomed . The process was easy and when I called to extend I was treated kindly. Kindness matters.
I was there picking up a rental, but unfortunately and surprisingly, been told by the manager that I can't use my US driver license to rent a car at Enterprise in Puerto Rico because my Driver License is with "Limited Term" and it's their company policy and written in the terms. She also said I need to do my own research and read the term before traveling to "another country". I've been living, working, renting cars in the States for over 10 years and I have never heard of such thing....despite that I made this reservation more than a month ahead and never received any warning. This rental refusal comes as curveball and I have no choice but made a quick reservation with Hertz, and guess what...I got my rental at Hertz without any problems by using the same driver license. Enterprise-Rent-A-Car you just lost another customer who trusted you before.
Really great place. They had our jeep ready to go, exactly how we expected. The drop off was easy too. Very friendly people.
I have updated my review to reflect what happened 3 months after I rented the car. I had received a ticket and paid that ticket in full upon returning the vehicle. 3 months later I got a bill from Enterprise from that same ticket. It was the cost of the ticket plus $25. The next part is not exaggerated. I spoke to 15 different people over the phone, sent at least 10 different emails, and went through about 4 separate online chat agents. Only when I threatened to expose this did I get a call back from this facility and a refund, so that I could repay the same ticket. The agent that took the payment finally made sense in explaining that they are not authorized to take the payment for tickets or tolls since they are billed through a 3rd party. That same agent filed a grievance to the manager assuring me I would here back from them. It took days to sort this out and absolutely all of my patience because I thought this well known rental company would have better protocol for these situations. I wasted countless hours of my time trying to sort out something that I already took care of. Since I have never heard back from the manager I have updated this because that headache definitely changed my perception and outweighs the good customer service I initially praised them for. DO NOT PAY ANY TICKETS OR TOLLS WHEN YOU RETURN THE VEHICLE. If that information was told to me I could have avoided the 2 week mess.
Great experience this trip. Traveled the island and back with zero issues. Wima and Alex did an outstanding job. When I was returning the car, Wilma had three female customers that were very impatient, and we're in a gigantic Rush. All of this was not wellness fault, but she smiled and analytic professionally kudos to the employees at Enterprise. We continue to use Enterprise and we have never been disappointed, highly recommended. They do not have a public restroom, but Starbucks next door is more than happy to let you take a poo.
I rented a car for one day and had a seamless experience. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They had a very easy after hours- drop off process. I appreciated their follow-up call to go over the final charge and to see how my experience was. I will definitely return to this location next time I visit.
