The gentleman that did our intake and got us the vehicle was great. Very courteous and explained the whole process well. The return process was a complete mess. Front desk was not communicating with the 1 and only person process returns. 4 cars were waiting to return the vehicle and all almost missed the shuttle back to the airport. There were a lot of hidden fees not mentioned at the time of booking.
It took a while to wait for the shuttle at the airport. Unsure why, but once there, the staff were great and helpful. They gave us an SUV for the price of a compact car. Returning the car was so easy. No issues. Very professional. I wouldn't mind renting from here again.
Client service was great. No wait when I arrived. The car were great, up to date Android and Apple compatible for ease of driving around and music, clean, and well maintained. I don't give 5 stars because the shuttle wait was too long! I waited 30 mins and decided to take an Uber instead.

The service Paulina provided was outstanding. When we went to pick up and drop off the car ( btw great ride; clean, no odors and great on gas) she was the only staff checking in customers and although there were lots of folks coming in & the phone ringing throughout she received and helped everyone with grace, friendly professional demeanor and quickly too. Because of our interaction with Paulina and how seamless she made the transaction, we'll be renting from Dollar car rental near the San Juan Airport again. Also the inspection staff and the drivers were all so polite and friendly kudos to them as well
Please please please read the reviews!!! This place is a scam. You think you're getting a good deal ... but with all "fees" includes it ends up being more expensive than the ones at the airport. The cars are in bad condition and the people at the window are terrible. We took more than 2 hrs to get our car because my husband was asking questions about the questionable fees. DO NOT use this company and save your trip, we haven't been in Puerto Rico one day and I already hate the experience
Would give 0 stars if possible! Terrible place to rent a car! When we got our car it was pretty dirty plus showed lots of damage/dents. The cost DOUBLED when we got there even after paying taxes/fees on original quote. Last day of our rental, the car died/would not turn on, and instead of just picking us up n bringing us to the airport they issued a new car which they had to go pick up, deliver, then we still had to return it to the offsite location. During this chaotic waiting period of about 2.5 hrs we got hung up on multiple times, when trying to explain the urgency of the situation and we ended up missing our flight. The car that was reissued did not come with a full tank of gas, and we didn't have time to fill tank due to the situation, and they said they still were gunna take it out of our deposit. Terrible place - do not recommend at all! Even though It may look like a good deal, it certainly was not with all the added taxes/fees, the car was not in good condition, plus there is terrible customer service.
Slow. There's more employees than customers. Still it takes over an hour. This place needs a new manager, to Improve processes and expedite output. Opportunities for improvement abound. Then there's the shuttle. Shuttle driver goes honey badger about how and when he departs or arrives. I was given a vehicle that had most likely gone through a recent accident. It had a broken bumper. The tire pressures were a mess (possibly from an accident!) the internal apple car play was glitchy. It was so bad I felt it to be unsafe and returned it early. Y'all tried to pin the existing damage on me. I did feel it could happen and made sure to have a copy of the pre departure inspection. Overall the vehicle was not roadworthy. You have my information. I'd be happy to speak with someone in corporate. Overall I felt unsafe putting my family in the vehicle and turned it in.
