Easy pick-up and drop-of from our rental car from this company at our hotel. Car (opel corsa) was ok and clean. No hidden cost for insurance. Price for 2 days rental was EUR 120,--which is acceptabel.
Very helpful staff that have very good English language skills, so the communication was super easy. The car we got was quite aged but clean and everything worked fine.
Ordered directly from hotel lobby. Returned back to hotel. A bit trouble with manual gearbox, but such a choice... Had asked for deposit, but returned it back. Said insurance included. As no accidents, no chance to verify..
Excellent car rental service. Very friendly staff and very obliging with short notice. We had no problem returning the car or getting our deposit back. I would highly recommend this place.
Terrible experience. Hired a car, service and everything was perfect as you would expect as they are making money. Returned car that evening so had no actually contact with them since until they message me telling me The car had a scratch. They sent me picture and yes there was a chip no scratch but it was from an existing patch up job (meaning damaged before) We disputed it but they sent a message saying they are deducting EUR150 from the deposit to fix the chip. When I asked to see the quotation from body work company they sent me there own headed paper with a breakdown of cost and for some reason it went from EUR150 to EUR222 in a space of a few minutes. I've also asked if my friend who lives in Alicante could pop round and look at the damage (chip) who is a bodywork's specialist and they now refuse to get back with me. So please do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off. As you can see from the pictures the bubbling around the area tell you it a patch up from older damage and from that it has peeled and left a mark.
Very good company. They were flexible when I wanted to extend the days. The car was in great condition and was well maintained and clean. They turned up exactly on time today at my hotel to pick it up, and returned the deposit in full. I am happy to recommend
