Excellent service. I accidentally made two reservations and soon after received an email confirming and correcting the error. When we had to return the rental at 5am, someone was there waiting for us and quickly got us to the airport. No hidden fees or charges. The price advertised on the site is what we paid. Would use again and would recommend to anyone traveling to Guadalajara!!

We rented a car with them for about five days. Communication was great, the pick up and drop off was easy and seamless. The shuttle to and from the airport was a very nice perk. No wasted time, no games. Highly recommended. Will absolutely use them again!

Didn't like the prices that I got from the rental companies inside of the airport so I decided to look for other companies outside of the airport. I found GDL Rent a Car and saw that they had great reviews and decided to give them a try. They gave a quote over email and said the price they gave me is the price I would pay, they didn't lie. The price they quoted was the exact price I paid when I got there (INCLUDING INSURANCE!) I definitely recommend the guys. One you get to the airport and have your luggage you just message or call them and they'll send a shuttle for you. They're less that 5 minutes from the airport. They picked us up by the big Mexican flag by the roundabout just outside the airport.

Picked us up from the airport and helped with our luggage; about a 10 min wait due to traffic. Every time I called the office they were very professional and helpful. Very upfront about the cost, no hidden fees or additional insurance costs. Once we returned the car, they also took us back to the airport and helped with luggage. We rented a Volkswagen Vento and it was very gas efficient.

So happy I found this place. Please don't let one negative review make you look elsewhere trust me. I'm big on reviews and this place is hands down the best place to rent a car from. They are very accommodating and so very helpful. I had to extend my stay by a couple days and Edgar worked with me with no problems whatsoever. They don't push insurance or other "hidden fees" the quote you get is exactly that no surprises when you return your rental. Thank you so much Edgar for making this an easy and wonderful experience. Update: I like how the company has apologized profusely, but somehow spin it around like it was my fault for reserving a vehicle on CHRISTMAS DAY as to why they couldnt book me. This is why I inquired back in APRIL. I do feel like this is deserving of a one star rating, if I could I would rate Zero stars. Now me and my family will be stranded at the airport and yes I will need all the luck I can get. Thanks again and good luck to you. Happy holidays! They were great until they weren't. Been working with Edgar since April 2021 to make sure I was all reserved for my trip later in December. I even received a quote. Come to find out this morning that they do not have any vehicles. He mentioned that he couldn't schedule me because of no availability. I really did like this company, but will be taking all of my business elsewhere from now since they cannot do something as simple as reserve a vehicle for you 8 months in advance.

I currently rented a Jetta from them, and I want to make sure the owner knows but Edgar goes out of his way for taking care of the customers! There prices are really good and definitely no hidden cost like the other places I'm not going to mention. I want to thank Benito the guy who picked us up from airport and got my family and I situated in the rental. I highly recommend this agency!!
