ALTUS CAR RENTAL in San Jose el Quince

This is my 1st time ever renting a car and I can say it was the best decision that I made for me and my family to rent with Altus car rental. It's was fast and easy. No hide fees or anything. There is a deposit. But you get it refunded back when everything check out good with the car on your last day. It gets credited back into your account. I can't thank you guys enough for everything. Every one was very nice and polite. Car was very clean and well maintained.

The best car rental service!! Do not even think about it twice!! Very great service, and they pick you up at the anirport at the time you arrive and do not make you wait for them and drop you back off at the airport! (-:

This place sounded to good to be true, but I am glad I gave them a chance. They were super helpful and nice!! And there was no hidden fees. What they told us we were going to paid that was it. One of the best rental experiences in Mexico. Received a quote about 2 months before my trip. They explained their all in price which includes insurance. Communication was great as well and we were quickly picked up from the airport upon arrival. Gerardo was very friendly and got us in our car quickly. The return process was even easier and super quick. If you are looking for a car rental in GDL this is the place to go.

Best customer service I have received when renting a car. They were in touch si ce 24 hours before and the day of the arrival. They were waiting on time at the airport to transport us to get our rental car. All of the personal at the time of arrival and when returning the car were very respectful and great customer service. Definitely recommend Altus car rental and will definitely rent from them in the future
