Very rude staff! My partner and I popped in here when I was 21 and he was 20 (last year) and asked how old my partner had to be to rent a moped. The lady asked how old he was, and he said 20, and she said he had to be 21. I was not confident to rent it so we decided to wait until next year when he could rent it instead (when he's 21). So, this year we came back, now I am 22 and my partner is 21. We asked to rent a moped, and the same lady we spoke to the previous year was there. She asked how old my partner was, and he said 21 and he has 4 years of driving experience. She straight away said no you have to be older. We said we came the year before and she said 21, and she just said no. I then said I am 22, can I rent one, and she said no you have to be 23...? It seems to me that she just doesn't want us to rent a moped and will continue to put the age up every year! Very funny though because when I go to book it on their website, it allows us to book a car and moped at 18! Nevermind, we will go elsewhere.

I'm pleased with their service. The registration and organization went quite quickly, the staff was welcoming and friendly. I rented a motorcycle with a helmet for 3 days, paying 86e. The more days, the greater the discount. The transport is new, fast, beautiful and fully operational. Despite the fact that this was my first time renting a vehicle, there were no difficulties.

Rented a scooter, good price and trustworthy people. Had a great time, scooter makes the whole island access easy and fun.

We rented a Fiat Tipo with seats for our sons of 5 months and 2.5 years old. Very helpful staff and good prices. Highly recommended when you stay in the area!

We have used this company in Son Bou twice for car hire and scooter hire. Both times have been excellent. This year we wanted a larger scooter, this was no problem as they arranged for a 350 Honda to come from the Mahon office. Both the car and bike were like new and well maintained, the young lady in Son bou was professional and friendly, all documents were sent by email from her and also given her mobile number in case of a problem. Both vehicles were full of fuel and on the understanding we return them the same.We can highly recommend this company and will have no hesitation in using them again the next time we come to Menorca .

The experience of renting a car was the best I have ever experienced ! Alba is the most helpful and knowledgable person I have met in Menorca over the last 6 years of coming here. She is very passionate about the island and explained the sweet spots for us to visit. If you rent a car here, you will get 1st class service from Alba !

my experience with auto valls has not been so nice as that of other reviews I can read here. I had a problem wth the car and they decided to provide my with a new car. I consumed little more of 1/4 gasoline tank, but they decided to charge my credit card of 45 euros, and I'm completely sure this is very much more respect to the real price of the fuel for an astra. Additionally the tank of the car I received as replacement was not completely full. I explained I didn't agree, they promised to me that they checked how to solve this issue and in any case that they will call me to find a solution, nevertheless when back home I found my credit card charged. I asked for a recipt (via mail) but they didn't provide this. Honestly I found all this not too appropriate, so I accept the expense (I've not thought to open an issue with credit card) but I decided to give them a negative rate. I'm not happy at all, I think that a call or a mail sould have solved this problem easily
