Minibus was waiting at airport, polite staff, quick pickup. Drop off was equally good. Would use again.
I have used Aqua-car services since approx 2000 ,both hiring & parking my own car & can say they have given me an excellent service in all respects & are brilliantly led by leader Antonio.
On returning the car they charged PS200 for a broken clip on a centre compartment that wasn't used. See pic. Just another company out to scam holidaymakers out of whatever they can

I sold my car to Aquacar some weeks ago whilst I am in England because of the Covid pandemic. The money was transferred to my bank, but since then I have not received official confirmation of the sale. Until I receive this official change of name I would be liable for any fines which may be levied against the owner of the car. I have asked several times for confirmation but have had no reply. My insurer will not cancel my policy until he sees a copy. UPDATE The paperwork was eventually completed as required and the problem is sorted. This is not just an Aquacar issue. It is a common problem with the entire area of secondhand car sales. Be careful.
Aqua car is 100% professional. I once got a car up on the urbanization 15.min after I called. Note: Simon the manager is very friendly and accommodating witch makes Aqua car my no.1 rental in Spain
