Do not recommend this place. I made a reservation about two weeks before a trip called me that they could not find the car I reserved. When I got there they side to pick another car I did and side it will be extra (fine). He goes inside comes back and side the car is already booked if I wanted it will be extra extra to rent the car. If you make a reservation don't be surprised that they don't keep and charge you extra. Seems like they like to take advantage and/or put people at a disadvantage. Will not come to this place again.
Do not rent here. My husband made a reservation a month ago. They called us a day before to tell us they did not have the car. He showed us a car told us if it's gonna be a same price then came back the next few minutes and told us it was an extra $50 each day. The couple next to us was having the same problem. They do not have the cars they are promoting online.
Called us the day before did not have the jeep we wanted. Made us pay an extra fifty dollars for another car. Didn't I have anything to compare to. Would not recommend you rent here.
The team there is not as courteous as other branches. They are a bit cold in their demeanor and not warm in their approach. I was also told that they would take me back to the body shop where my car was located. I was told the wait would be 5 minutes and waited over 30 minutes. I ended up walking to the body shop, which was about a mile away.
I rented a Jeep Grand Wagoneer that had scrapes and dens throughout the entire car. But this is not what I'm complaining about what I'm complaining about is how dirty and how nasty the inside of the car was. The driver seat was completely ripped. The third seat was completely disassembled and ripped, the inside of the car was dusty nasty with spit marks all over the steering wheel, including the Dashboard and the armrest. I brought this to the attention of Erich, which is the manager. I believe that's his name. He took the car back in the back for three minutes, brought it back and it literally looked the same. I asked him. How can you give a car like this away for someone to drive? where it's so nasty and disgusting. I said I don't have time for you to keep going back-and-forth. I will never ever ever rent a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car ever. And I don't care what the response is going to be. We're sorry. Give us a chance blah blah blah I've been renting there for years and it's always the same thing. Obviously I need to look for a different Rent-A-Car. And one last thing, there is cobwebs. There are leaves attached to the cobwebs in front of the door. It is so dirty and so disgusting that no one even bothers to clean it. It's been like this for so many months who does that who manages this company whoever manages this company needs to be managed on top of being managed. It is so unwelcoming.
I had a time-sensitive concern about my RA so I called this branch (my rental location) and was told by the employee that I'd be on hold for approx 30+min. I then request an email where I can address my concern instead as I'm also having a hard time getting a response by text (see attachment). He didn't have any point of contact info to provide me with and suggested I'd leave my number and someone will give me a call back. Never heard back from anyone. I call again this morning at 8am sharp, got the worst customer service by Christian who thinks it's ok to talk over customers. I wish I can elaborate in detail but I'm trying not to extend this review longer than my rental But on a positive note, I found the management assistant's branch number (in panorama city) so I followed up to speak with him directly and although he also wasn't reachable, I spoke with Reagan who was attentive and demonstrated professionalism unlike Christian from San Fernando. Shout out to REAGAN from PANORAMA CITY
I dropped a friend off at Enterprise rent-a-car due to his truck being in the shop for some work. I advised my friend previously to make an appointment and choose the vehicle he wanted to drive. When we got there they were very courteous and prompt with their service. My family has used Enterprise for decades and they have always been good to us, and anyone who knows my posts know I can be vicious if I'm not satisfied. Two thumbs up!
I requested for a mustang convertible, but they gave me much more. I frequently rent from this location because of its proximity from my house. Angel had no convertibles available but went the extra mile of searching other locations for my weekend getaway car. He hooked it up with an upgrade, ended up with the Audi A5 Cabriolet. Got a free uber ride to Van Nuys where I was welcomed by Hassan and his team, exceptional customer service at that location as well. My family and I were happy with the car as the Pacific Coast cool breeze and sun spoiled us along the PCH. Thank you guys!
