Hice la reserva de un McLaren hace mes y medio para dar una sorpresa a mi chico. Lo hice con antelacion precisamente para tener todo en orden. He podido llamar a Aitor cerca de 10 veces en este tiempo y le pedi que por favor si habia algun problema me avisase ya que necesitaba tiempo para cambiar el plan. Me dice a todo que si y que todo esta correcto. En la penultima llamada me dice que cambiamos el color porque alguien lo quiere un mes (le digo que no me importa) y ayer, a menos de 2 dias de la fecha, le llamo YO (porque nadie nunca me ha llamado) y me dice que no me alquila porque tiene un golpe y que es lo que tienen los alquileres (respuesta literal). Obviamente no es un golpe, es un interes empresarial ya que el cambio de color venia de alquilar mas tiempo a otra persona y, esto sera mas de lo mismo. Tampoco me ha dado alternativas (cosa que otras empresas a las que he llamado a ultima hora si). Me parece una verguenza de gestion. No solo porque no respeten las reservas y alquilen sobre la marcha al mayor postor, si no por la falta de tacto y de atencion al cliente despues de todo. Por la falta de informacion y por cancelar un servicio a menos de 2 dias. A si que, si quieres estar seguro de que te van a dar el coche y no van a alquilarselo a otro con mas pasta, mejor no alquiles aqui. Es un desproposito.
I booked a McLaren a month and a half ago to surprise my boyfriend. I did it in advance precisely to have everything in order. I have been able to call Aitor about 10 times in this time and I asked him to please let me know if there was any problem since I needed time to change the plan. He tells me yes to everything and that everything is correct. In the penultimate call he tells me that we changed the color because someone wants it for a month (I tell him I don't care) and yesterday, less than 2 days before the date, I called him (because no one has ever called me) and he told me that he doesn't rent to me because he has a knock and that's what rents have (literal answer). Obviously it is not a blow, it is a business interest since the color change came from renting more time to another person and this will be more of the same. Nor has it given me alternatives (which other companies I have called at the last minute have). I think it's a shameful management. Not only because they do not respect reservations and rent on the fly to the highest bidder, but because of the lack of tact and customer service after all. For lack of information and for canceling a service in less than 2 days. So, if you want to be sure that they are going to give you the car and not rent it to someone else with more money, it is better not to rent here. It's nonsense.

Se me ocurrio de repente la idea de alquilar dos coches de lujo, uno de ellos descapotable, y uno de ellos con conductor. Busco empresas que presten este servicio. Doy con esta empresa. Les llamo por telefono, le comunico a Edu lo que quiero y... "voila": el sueno se hace realidad!!! David fue el conductor del Ferrari descapotable y la experiencia ha sido sencillamente inolvidable!!! Mi cunado, mi primo y unos amigos disfrutaron tambien mucho en el BMW, pero el Ferrari es el Ferrari!!! Da gusto dar con personas como vosotros!! Muchas gracias!!!
