En mayo de 2024 hice una compraventa de un Hyundai Ioniq de este concesionario. Al principio mucha atencion, trato correcto y rapida contestacion a los mensajes y llamadas para resolver dudas. Los problemas empezaron despues de la compraventa. Jorge (el que me vendio el Hyundai) en un principio me dijo que los coches que vendian en el concesionario los entregaban cambiandoles el aceite y lo basico, yo obviamente me fie de su palabra y me lo lleve para mi localidad sin comprobarlo antes en ese momento. A los 3 meses lleve el coche que les compre a mi taller oficial Hyundai, el mecanico me dijo que no le habian cambiado absolutamente nada. Llame a Jorge y me dijo que claro, como habia hecho un viaje de 700km de golpe el aceite que me cambiaron se puso negro de golpe por tantos kilometros que le hice de una... No soy mecanico pero tampoco idiota. Al final quedamos en que yo pagaria todos los cambios de la revision del coche, ya que ellos no lo habian hecho, y ellos me lo devolverian haciendome una transferencia de lo que yo habia pagado. Eso fue en septiembre de este ano. A dia de hoy sigo esperando esa transferencia. Me han dado largas des de septiembre y me han dejado el visto 2 veces en WhatsApp y no me cogen el telefono. Pesimo el trato una vez te venden el coche, ya les adelanto des de aqui que si no me hacen la transferencia que me deben tendre que denunciarles por apropiacion indebida.

In the end we agreed that I would pay for all the changes for the car inspection, since they had not done so, and they would return it to me by transferring what I had paid. That was in September of this year. To this day I am still waiting for that transfer. They have given me the cold shoulder since September and they have left me seen twice on WhatsApp and they don't pick up my phone. The deal is terrible once they sell you the car, I can tell you from here that if they don't make the transfer they owe me I will have to report them for misappropriation.
Hola, hace un mes compramos un coche Audi Q5 y la experiencia con ellos es muy positiva. Somos de Bilbao y tuvimos muchos miedos porque no habiamos visto el coche fisicamente y tambien por hacer el pago de dicho coche. Me compre un Hyundai i20 hace unos dias y la verdad es que muy contenta. El trato por parte de Miguel fue muy bueno, te facilita todo lo que puede para que te quedes tranquilo con lo que estas comprando. Yo no podia ir a ver el coche y tuvo que ir mi pareja, ademas te dejan probar el coche y en muchos sitios ya ni siquiera eso te dejan. Y enseguida ellos mismos te dicen si quieres llevar a algun profesional para que te revise el coche. Por ponerle una pega, es que no te mandan ciertos papeles a casa y tienes que ir a por ellos si o si y a mi me viene fatal porque tengo que buscar quien vaya a por ellos, pero quitando eso sin duda es un sitio donde recomendaria ir si quieres comprarte un coche de segunda mano y quedarte tranquilo.

Buenos dias, he comprado hace una semana un Toyota RAV4 (ano 2018). Me fui al concesionario llamado Black Gold Cars (en San Fernando). Me atendio Miguel que estaba en la entrada del concesionario, muy amable. Los coches del concesionario muy bien; todos buenos coches yo buscaba unicamente que sea un Toyota RAV4, modelo que queria comprar, pero no tenia ninguno en este concesionario sino que uno en Murcia y que me lo irian a traer desde Murcia (si pago una senal) para verlo y luego comprarlo, accedi sin pensar .. (estaba encantado del coche que me mostraron por video porque era exactamente lo que buscaba). Pague la senal y tenia que esperar que me lo trajeran en 2 o 3 dias para que llegara al concesionario. Cuando llegue a casa empece a preocuparme por el hecho de intentar comprar un coche sin verlo aunque me lo mostraron por video y por fotografias, tambien tenia su fotografia en Internet, pero me preocupe . Total.. llego el coche asi como se ha dicho exactamente como lo presentaron en fotografia y videos que lo tenia en pagina oficial, por tanto muy encantado. El coche cumple con todas mis expectativas, todo bien; estamos mi familia y yo encantados. Que mas digo... Nunca entre en un concesionario para comprar un coche ..es por primera vez que soy muy nuevo en esto. Yo que no tenia ni minima idea de coches: sobre todo de segunda.. Acabe de comprar un buen coche. Gracias Miguel por su amabilidad y a sus companeros tambien que estaban ahi y me ayudaron en despejarme mis dudas en mi temores. Un gran abrazo a todos!

Hace unas semanas compre un Volvo xc60, el coche esta tal como me dijeron los Km son reales y el estado es estupendo. Ademas, el equipo humano es fenomenal, Antonio, Jorge y Manuel me lo pusieron todo muy facil, son muy buenos profesionales. Recomendable 100x100.
