My first time using Auto Reisen and I will use them again. I hired a vehicle for 8 people and the price was under a third of what other hire companies quoted me for. This included insurance and a second named driver. I was able to fill in my details online so I had to do was pay and get the keys at the kiosk so I was out of the hotel in no time. The vehicle was clean and in good order. Retiring the vehicle was just as quick and easy as the collection.

It's not possible that EVERY TIME i try to make an online reservation i read 'vehiculo no disponible'. Totally scam website, it tells you 'car from 20 euros a day', but they are NEVER free to rent, you always have to choose cars at the same prices the competitors have. I always try to rent 3-4 cars, and at the fourth time i read 'vehiculo no disponible' i go straight to Cicar. Why autorisen, why?

The best in the Canaries, by far. Of course, the cars are not new but they are in perfect working order. Likewise, if no inventory is carried out on departure, it is the same thing on arrival. We have never had any surprises with this rental company that we have used 3 times in 2 years. We have never had any incidentals. For safetys sake, we have always chosen their additional insurance option, the price of which is derisory. The prices are very competitive and the queues are almost non-existent at the counters, unlike Cicar where we have seen customers waiting for more than 2 hours. The rental method is based on trust since you do not have to pay anything when booking. And you can pay in cash when handing over the keys. So no borrowing a bank card. I recommend this rental company 100%.

De meme, si aucun etat des lieux nest effectue au depart, cest la meme chose a larrivee. Nous navons jamais eu de surprise avec ce loueur que nous avons utilise 3 fois en 2 ans. Nous navons jamais eu de faux frais. Par securite, nous avons toujours choisi leur option assurance supplementaire dont le prix est derisoire. Les prix sont tres competitifs et les files dattente presque inexistantes aux guichet, contrairement a Cicar ou nous avons vu jusqua plus de 2h dattente pour les clients. Le mode de location est base sur la confiance puisquon na rien a verser lors de la reservation. Et on peut payer en liquide lors de la remise des cles. Pas demprunte de carte bancaire donc. Je conseille ce loueur a 100%.

Delighted with this company, also the cheapest. They provided us with optional insurance which we obviously took because the price was worth it. We also had an accident during the car rental, we were hit and run and they helped us and solved everything for us. Next time I will think about renting with them again, especially because they do not retain regular customers, and I have been doing it for 27 years. Deberian cambiar algunas cosas de la pagina web, por ejemplo: 1.-para cancelar una reserva no figura por ninguna parte que quedo cancelada. 2.- Cuando no hay un coche, para que mandar un primer email de reserva, si el coche no lo tienen en disposicion y hacer perder el tiempo al cliente.(, email va, email viene) 3.- el que los limpia no lo hace bien ,cristales de los espejos que no se ven con goteras, algun resto de anterior. Por ahi etc... La proxima vez me pensare si alquilar de nuevo con ellos, sobre todo por que no fidelizan clientes habituales, y eso que llevo haciendolo desde hace 27 anos. Pero la seguridad, , y la amabilidad, lo pago yo con mi bolsillo. Y en su empresa ya me he dejado bastantes miles de Euros, tanto por trabajo u ocio. Gracias de todas formas ,por todos estos anos ,por que hay cosas que si las haceis bien.

Regarding the cars, I dont know if its a coincidence or not because I have two children, but lately Ive had some that are a bit beat up, a Clio that is a certain age and quite used, especially in the interior and some aspects of the sheet metal and paint, and the last I once had an Ibiza that was barely 2-3 years old with about 80,000 km that sounded like a tractor, every time I started the car I put my hands on my head while crossing my fingers and that with two children... on the outside it was Already freshly painted by a body shop, this added to the engine, gave me the feeling that it had suffered a recent accident. I repeat, if you want to rent cheap, I understand that this is the price we have to pay. To use it for short trips or around the city it is GREAT, for long trips, their cars (at least the two most economical ranges) I at least dont go very calmly. Despite everything, I will continue to count on them for these cases until I see or feel that they reach a point where it is worth paying more for your safety.

Pero claro, para que sus precios sean rentables deben ahorrar por otro lado. Siempre voy con mis dos hijos, es cierto que, aunque las sillas esten homologadas, ya estan bastante viejuchas y algo reventadas, quizas un cambio de forro no estaria mal. Sobre los coches, no se si es casualidad o no por tener dos ninos, pero ultimamente me han tocado algo destartalados, un clio con una cierta edad y bastante usado, sobre todo en el interior y algunos aspectos de chapa y pintura, y la ultima vez un ibiza de apenas 2-3 anos con unos 80.000kms que sonaba como un tractor, cada vez que arrancaba el coche me llevaba las manos a la cabeza a la vez que cruzaba los dedos y eso con dos ninos... por fuera estaba ya recien pintado por un chapista, esto anadido a lo del motor, me dio la sensacion de que igual habia sufrido un accidente reciente. Repito, si quieren alquilar barato, entiendo que este es el precio que tenemos que pagar. Para usarlo paractrayectos cortos o por ciudad es GENIAL, para trayectos largos, sus coches (al menos las dos gamas mas economicas) yo al menos no voy muy tranquilo. Pese a todo seguire contando con ellos para estos casos hasta que vea o sienta, que llegan a un punto que merece la pena pagar mas por tu seguridad.
