Se Intenta hacer las cosas bien pero no salen, atencion al publico lamentable , furgon de peor calificacion y si tienen intencion de ir apurado , hay tiempo de espera para todo , si te toca esperar a que la revisen in situ ( y encima era una furgo mas reventada que los coches de choque ) recoger las fianzas a partir de las 11 , entregar coche no mas de las 12:30 , hay que ir aprendido.
They try to do things right but they don't work out, pitiful customer service, worst rated van and if they intend to go in a hurry, there is a waiting time for everything, if you have to wait for it to be inspected on site (and on top of that it was a van more busted than bumper cars) collect the deposits after 11, deliver car no later than 12:30, you have to be learned.
Nos atendieron muy bien y nos consiguieron una furgoneta pequena sin reserva. Nos recomendaron grabarlo antes de conducir para que quedara constancia de como se entregaba y como se recogia. La devolucion fue facil ya que hay que meter la llave en un hueco indicando la matricula. Y nos devolvieron la fianza correctamente. Les agradecemos su atendimiento.
They took great care of us and got us a small van without a reservation. They recommended that we record it before driving so that there would be a record of how it was delivered and how it was picked up. The return was easy since you have to put the key in a hole indicating the license plate. And they returned our deposit correctly. We thank you for your attention.

Sinceramente una verguenza tener que alquilar un furgon por necesidad con caracter de urgencia y que te dejen un furgon con los neumaticos lisos y destrozados, lleno de golpes, con los faros amarillentos, con la defensa desencajada. Que le digas al empleado antes de coger el furgon que los neumaticos estan en muy mal estado y me responda "Bueno tu sabes que todos los jefes van a escapar"... En fin, tengan un poco de verguenza y empatia con su clientela, que estan jugando,con su seguridad aun,que sea un furgon industrial de trabajo, que menos que este en unas condiciones optimas, unos neumaticos chinos y un pulido de faros son dos duros, menos llenarse los bolsillos y mayor seguridad... Se salvan por que me hacia falta urgente y me la tuve que quedar si o si, pero era para haber puesto una hoja de reclamaciones a esta empresa. NEFASTO, bueno las fotos hablan por si solas.

Buen servicio, rapidos y muy atentos. Se toman su tiempo para explicarte con detalle todo lo relacionado con el papeleo y el vehiculo, aun asi son muy rapidos en la gestion. Te recomiendan que hagas fotos del vehiculo y una inspeccion previa, ellos tambien la hacen. Los vehiculos te los entregan muy limpios. Destacar la exquisita atencion telefonica. Buen servicio

Siempre me han tratado muy bien, son muy profesionales y rapidos en las entregas con lo que te sacan de mas de un apuro. Estan constantemente renovando la flota, cosa que se agradece. La chica que atiende en la Trinidad es muy amable y profesional. Si quieres ir sobre seguro, lo recomiendo.

Their customer service is amazing! Even though we didn't speak much Spanish (they don't speak english), they had a lot of patience with us and we managed to rent a car! We even didn't need a credit card for renting the car for a day. Thanks to Molina, we had a great trip on Tenerife! Thank you very much!
