Alquile una furgoneta grande , la atencion fue bastante seria en la oficina tanto a la entrega como a la recogida del vehiculo pero profesional. Los chicos de fuera que te entregan el coche super amables y te explican todo. El vehiculo estaba en excelentes condiciones, nuevo y muy limpio . Es servicio lleno/lleno y no hay sitio para aparcar ya que la calle suele estar llena h no hay parking , esperas fuera de la oficina y un empleado te trae el coche y para dejarlo. Tiene mucha variedad de coches para alquilar desde coches normales hasta camiones frigorificos. Por mi es un 10.

El tramite, precio y disposicion esta muy bien, pero siempre que no tengas que pasar por la oficina de La Laguna. Las dos senoras que atienden, no se si es que cobran poco o que pero no pueden estan mas de mal humor. No te Dan ni los buenos dias y la sensacion con la que sali es la de que me estan haciendo un favor. Es increible que despues de llevar aqui muchos anos esten cada vez mas amargadas

Muy mala atencion personal por parte de una de las personas que atienden en la oficina de recepcion. Parece que si tiene que repetir algo que no se entiende le da una ulcera. El contrato firmado por el cliente no lo entregan directamente, dice que se lo da despues a la entrega del vehiculo, pero en realidad lo colocan en un sobre grapado con la caratula diciendo "abrir solo en caso de accidente". Pero lo peor no es eso, sino que las ruedas del vehiculo estan francamente gastadas, una de las cuales es imposible que pasara una ITV. Y para colmo en el contrato te exigen pagar los desperfectos que causes a la rueda.

Despues de varios anos alquilando furgones en esta sucursal de la laguna en el Coromoto, este ano alquile 2 veces y esta sera la ultima, les comento la mala experiencia y la comparto, alquilo un furgon por una mudanza, que tenia en el sur, me dieron un furgon que bajo mi experiencia no estaba en buenas condiciones, ruedas delanteras lisas y mal estado, ruidos en ls rueda como de eje, para mi que una punta de eje o las 2 mal, tambien en ls transmision sonaba algo, lleno de golpes, pero lo peor paso cuando tengo que entregar el furgon, voy a la gasolinera y le digo que lo llene, total fueron 23'46 EUR le salto la pistola al de la gasolinera eso indico que ya estaba lleno, lo llevo directo a la sucursal unos 6 km de la gasolinera de mi domicilio a la sucursal y aqui empieza el problema!! Me dice lo llenaste a lo cual dije que si, me lo lleno el del surtidor y dice yo lo compruebo ahora, la aguja marcaba y como si le faltara un milimetro hasta el tope pero claro el de la gasolinera me lo lleno y yo vi como salto y no entraba mas....me dejan esperando hasta que vino el chico de la renta car y me dice que le fsltaba gasoil y que le puso varios litros mas, que la espumilla del gasoil no se que!!! Y me descuentan de la fianza otros 7 EUR y pico mas y mi pregunta es como le metio 7 EUR mas sino le dejaba al de la gasolinera .....total 31EUR y pico de gasoil, como gasto tanto ese furgon!!.....eso es un cancer !! me fui con la sensacion de que me estafado!!! Nunca me habia pasado esto!! Y no me pasara mas!!! El caso es que mirando en su pagina web veo que no soy el unico y que hay mas casos.....y ademas las chicas que estan en el mostrador son unas antipaticas, parecen que les debas algo!! No volvere mas ahi a alquilar un furgon, un cliente menos!! Aunque parece que le sobren.....

He told me did you fill it up to which I said yes, I filled it from the pump and he said I'll check it now, the needle was pointing and as if it was missing a millimeter from the top but of course I filled it from the one at the gas station and I saw how I jumped and it didn't fit anymore....they left me waiting until the car rental guy came and told me that he was running out of diesel and that he put in several more liters, that the diesel foam, I don't know what!!! And they deducted another EUR7 and a bit more from the deposit and my question is how did he put in EUR7 more if he didn't leave it to the one at the gas station...total EUR31 and a bit of diesel, how did that van spend so much!! ....that's cancer!! I left with the feeling that I was scammed!!! This has never happened to me!! And it won't happen to me again!!! The fact is that looking at their website I see that I am not the only one and that there are more cases.....and also the girls who are at the counter are unfriendly, they seem like you owe them something!! I will not return there again to rent a van, one less customer!! Although it seems like they have left over.....

Suelo alquilar furgones de carga esta empresa. Estoy contento con el precio y calidad de los mismos. Puedes alquilar por dia y hay una gran facilidad para devolver el vehiculo, aunque la empresa este cerrada. Como consejo decir que siempre se hagan fotos y/o videos de los vehiculos antes y despues de alquilarlos. La atencion es muy buena. 100% recomendables!
I usually rent cargo vans from this company. I am happy with their price and quality. You can rent by the day and it is very easy to return the vehicle, even if the company is closed. As a tip, always take photos and/or videos of the vehicles before and after renting them. The attention is very good. 100% recommended!
