Their customer service during your stay, in case you need any help, advice or car check, is also very good. Car pick-up and return were also smooth and quick. Exactly as stated on their website: you arrive at the counter, they ask your normal papers, you pay and you receive the keys to you car. We also got a free upgrade. They were also accomodating when we wanted to deliver the car at the car rental on the Southern Airport. Checking out the car was also very simpel. Just parked the car on the Airport and gave them the keys and we were on our way.

Have used Autoreisen on all islands, never had any problems, last hire in Tenerife was best , simply for location of pickup/drop off to airport. Booked big car got exact model, most of the cars I've had do have a fair few minor nocks and scratches, I've always taken photos but never filled in any of the damage sheets. We've had one car that was covered in dust and not the most clean inside we've ever had, but they were over 150 euros cheaper than any other at the airport so I'm prepared to make many allowances for that Not once has there been any questions, petrol where its supposed to be sir, yes and that's it done.

I am truly disgusted with the experience I have had trying to reserve a car with this company. I have tried over 30 times to get a reservation for different dates in October, and each attempt has been a complete failure. The only answer I get is that I have to book in advance, as if October were a completely unattainable month. I even called customer service and they told me everything was full. Oh really? Do I have to make a reservation five years in advance to be accepted? This is unacceptable. The worst thing is that, after so many frustrations, I decided to look for dates in January and, surprisingly, my reservation was also rejected! Its ridiculous how a company can have such absurd policies and a complete lack of consideration for their customers. This is not just bad service; Its disrespectful and a clear sign that they dont really care about customer satisfaction. I feel completely ignored and disappointed. It is shameful that a company with its reputation treats people who trust them this way. I do not recommend this company at all. They deserve to know how their incompetence is affecting their customers.
