Reservamos con Faycan para nuestras vacaciones en Lanzarote y al llegar al aeropuerto nos dijeron que la empresa no existe. No responden al telefono y desvian las llamadas a una centralita que tampoco sabe nada de esta empresa. Tuvimos que reservar otro coche con otra compania pagando un precio muy elevado. No reserves con esta compania, es un timo.
We booked with Faycan for our holiday in Lanzarote and when we arrived at the airport they told us that the company does not exist. They do not answer the phone and divert calls to a switchboard that also knows nothing about this company. We had to book another car with another company paying a very high price. Do not book with this company, it is a scam.
