Hired a car in Lanzarote from ACM. Parked on a car park, when I got back some scoundrel had very kindly put a massive dent in the drivers door and done a runner. Cabrera Medina advertise free Accident Collision Waver. No Excess. Time to test this out. Took the car back to the hire shop, the lady asked would I like another car or would I be OK staying with the damaged one. Either way no charge whatsoever.. Brilliant company

I recommend. Very good contact, they respond quickly to e-mails. No weird card blockages, which is often the norm with other rental companies, especially the famous ones. You buy full insurance from them and off you go. New fleet of cars, ours had 23,000 km. We took the car from the airport, which was in a covered parking lot, and we also gave the keys there. If you are looking for an honest rental, you've come to the right place. I forgot - price convinced us to this rental before we left.

I rented a car to spend five days in Lanzarote and the person who helped me couldnt have been more kind and friendly (in addition to coming to the parking lot to help me because it was a more modern car than mine and I didnt know all of its features). They assigned me the ideal car for me: easy to drive, clean and in perfect condition. In addition, they gave me a superior model than the one I had rented online that was smaller and cheaper. This is the second time I have rented a car with this agency in the Canary Islands, the first in Tenerife last year and the second a week ago in Lanzarote. Very happy with the results. Economical prices, comfortable cars, quick procedures when picking up and delivering the car and no problems or unpleasant surprises. I know this should be normal, but in an industry like rental cars that is so full of pirates, scammers, hucksters and scoundrels who try to get your money for anything (which is sadly common with certain international companies ), it is appreciated that there are companies like Cabrera Medina, which without being very well known, know how to do things well. I will continue renting a car with them when I go to the Canary Islands. A shame they dont work on the peninsula.

Unfortunately it got worse. We always rent our cars through Cabrera Medina. Unfortunately, several things didnt work out this time. I rented a Seat Ibiza - but received an Opel whose covers were completely hidden (its hard to mention but it resembled a milky substance). The tank was completely empty, which was an absolute disgrace!!! Every time you drop it off, you just take the keys and say goodbye. Checks do not take place in the presence of the customer. Prices are still manageable but have also become more expensive. Its a shame, it was one of the best rend a car companies on Lanzarote. Not anymore.

Today at 8:30, late at night, we had a puncture on a road in the direction of the town of Arrieta and 25 km from the rental office where we called to request assistance. We had reserved a car the day before through our hotel, arrived at the meeting time, no one! A gentleman came more than 40 minutes late, took care of a family and left under the pretext that he did not find us, yet we were in front of his eyes and saw him leave after 30 seconds! He asked us to wait an additional 15 minutes... except that after 30 minutes, the gentleman finally showed up!!!
