Booked online, the process was very straight forward. They had everything ready when I arrived at the agency. I bought an additional assurance for 7EUR/day. They said the car check wasn't needed since in case of any scatches it will be covered anyway, so I didn't. It is also important to know that if you have a debit card which was my case. They will debit an additional amount as a 'preauthorization' which is returned 5-7 days after you return the car. All in all, it was a great experience. The car was new and impeccable. The service was quick and efficient. 100% recommmended !!
We had a flat tire that we noticed after opening hours, so we went to the sercive center after breakfast. We didn't get a refund of any kinds (glad we had full insurance otherwise we would've had to pay), even though we lost one day of using the car as you don't have any chance on reaching someone after 7pm. Also had issues with the pick up where they parked the car at our hotel but didn't leave the keys at the reception which ended up to us going to the service Center and back to the hotel in midday heat just to pass tsaid center on our way to the exoursion we booked.
The perfect rental company and experience! We walked in and minutes later we drove on with a beautiful air conditioned car for a very cheap price. Paid EUR70 for 4 days with the full insurance, no deposit or other things to worry about! Also their office was very pleasant, new and maintained well. Staff was kind and helpful. That's why I give them 5 stars. Literally nothing that could be improved.
Very quick service, prices are reasonable. We enjoyed the Mercedes A class very much, clean and well maintained, even considering getting one for ourselves now ;) Will recommend TopCar to our friends for sure!
Haven't used the website, we just entered the office (very nice one, air conditioned, clean and professional looking) next to our hotel straight from the street to check the available options. Consultant advised when to take the car for better prices and shorter customer queues, which was exactly when we needed the car. All the booking formalities took 15 minutes (everyone was speaking excellent English) and the car was ready at the agreed pickup date with a full gas tank. Car was well maintained, had no technical issues and was sufficient for the whole family to go to an island roadtrip. After returning the car it took only a quick checkup and signing the receipt, deposit was returned. In general - all looked very professional and honest, I can recommend.
This office was a little full with clients but the staff are competent and quick. Top car ha good prices, it's worth the full coverage insurance so they don't have to block money or have to pay high deductibles in case of accident. The carI got was very good, newish and in good shape.
We rented a car for a couple of days and we found a really good service, kind people and well maintained cars. We didn't face any kind of problem and the prices, compared to other agencies are really convenient. We really recommend them to all the people that are willing to discover Gran Canaria island.
I have rented a VW Beetle Convertible. They have had an off peak discount in May 2018. Price was more than reasonable. Similar car was 2,5 times dearer around local competitors. Company definitely worth recommendation.
