As mentioned in previous references hiring a car goes very smooth here. Prices outside seem to get you in, inside (fixed) prices are different but still good, for EUR30,- /35/40,- per day incl free km, multiple drivers and full insurance. 3rd day is EUR25,-. Deposit just EUR30,- and getting the car or returning in 15 and 5 min. No hassle. Seems better than online bookings (with lower prices but adding extras in the end).

The worst service you can ever find when trying to rent a car. No communication at all. I booked a car on Website, send a screenshot with confirmation in WhatsUp, my message was read. What is the problem to give a call back? Tried to reach them 2 days via phone numbers on office door or on reclam flyer. Was 3 times in front of the door: 11am, 15:30 and 18. Ok, I can understand 15:30 since it is pause in service, but the other two? Finally I reached them by phone, the staff said they were checking my booking and would call me back in 10 minutes. It never happened. Instead, I tried calling them over and over again.

Collecting the car at the time we requested was not possible due to a public holiday (office closing day). We were allowed to pick up the car the night before at no extra charge. We had already tried to reserve a car through it. We received no response to either the reservation request or our inquiry via the web form. This should be improved.

Great, we would rent again simply because of the treatment received! The man who attended us (in front of the farmhouse hotel) gave us several routes to enjoy the landscapes of the island, attentive at all times and very friendly. Its nice to find people like that working in these places. As for the car, we asked for a small one, it worked perfectly, and it allowed us to park around the island without a problem. (As for the price, they were one of the cheapest)
