Initially very friendly service, very efficient and helpful. The vehicle was clean and tidy with only 6k on the clock, unfortunately their previous customers had let them down. 3 out of 4 corners damaged! Parking is a nightmare where this company operate from and as a result they want you to wait and find a parking spot then return the keys. Not very convenient. However the rental agent offered a solution to park the vehicle in a bus lane with the hazard lights on. For these reasons I've marked them down where it would've been a 4 or 5 out of 5.

We had an amazing experience with this company. We decided not to book a car online in advance with other companies as everyone was asking for EUR700 of deposit, and their reviews were bad. We tried our luck with this company when we arrived in Gran Canaria and they were super kind, super cheap, and super trustworthy. I totally recommend this company.

What a positive experience!! We rented a T-Roc Cabrio over Christmas. We arrived late night with delay and the car was handed-over at the airport right as we agreed. The car was clean, about 20.000km and without major damages. Return also without complication right at the airport. All super easy and without any hidden fees or trying to sell you additional insurance. One of the best rental experiences so far. The price has also been the most economic one, comparing all the major brands. Thanks

Friendly staff and minimal paper work. Car on road within minutes. EUR45 /day for Fiat 500 convertible, very good drive and economical on petrol as well. Really good experience! Would definitely recommend this place.

Apparently we are one of the few who had a bad experience. We were there in June 24 and rented a car for a day. We paid the deposit of 250 euros by EC card. Now 2 months later we are still waiting for the refunds. We have already contacted each other via email and WhatsApp and have received a response each time. But unfortunately we havent received the money yet, even though we were promised on site that it wouldnt be a problem to transfer the money back to us on the following day (our departure day). The car was good and the price was reasonable, but I wouldnt recommend anyone to get a car there because of these inconveniences alone. Weve been stalled for 2 months and cant really do anything about it...

Anscheinend gehoren wir zu den wenigen die schlechte Erfahrung gemacht haben. Wir waren im Juni 24 dort und haben fur einen Tag ein Auto gemietet, die Kaution von 250 Euro haben wir per EC Karte bezahlt. Jz 2 Monate spater warten wir immer noch auf die Ruckzahlungen. Wir haben bereits per Email und per WhatsApp Kontakt aufgenommen, auch jedes mal eine Antwort erhalten. Aber leider haben wir das Geld noch nicht bekommen, obwohl uns vor Ort versprochen wurde, es wurde kein Problem werden uns das Geld am folge Tag (unser Abreisetag) zuruck zu uberweisen. Das Auto war gut und der Preis auch angemessen aber alleine wegen dieser Unannehmlichkeiten wurde ich niemanden empfehlen dort ein Auto zuholen. Wir werden seit 2 Monaten hingehalten und konnen nicht wirklich was dagegen machen...

Had a bad experience! We rented a car here on a family vacation for several days. Unfortunately it wasnt mentioned that the parking situation is incredibly bad and the rental car unfortunately doesnt come with a parking space... after the day trip we came back to the hotel in the evening and of course we couldnt find a free space. After we then !!!over an hour!!! After looking for a parking space, we asked the rental guy again if he had any ideas about what we could do now. He just thought it was all very funny, laughed and said that we could play cards while we waited for a free seat. Although there is actually an underground car park from the rental company, which we are apparently not allowed to use. Very rude and absolutely not helpful. Wouldnt rent a car here for several days anymore.

Nachdem wir dann !!!uber eine Stunde!!! nach einem Parkplatz gesucht haben, fragten wir den typen von der Vermietung noch einmal, ob er noch eine Idee hatte, was wir jetzt machen konnen. Er fand das alles nur sehr witzig, lachte und meinte, dass wir ja Karten spielen konnten, wahrend wir auf einen freien Platz warten. Obwohl es eigentlich eine Tiefgarage von der Vermietung gibt, die wir aber scheinbar nicht nutzen durfen. Sehr unverschamt und absolut nicht hilfsbereit. Wurden hier kein Auto mehr fur mehrere Tage mieten.

Went there in person to get advice, the colleague was really very nice and committed. Since the street is always full, she told us that when we dropped off the car we could also put it in the underground car park. When we dropped it off the next day, the colleague said it wouldnt work, the garage was full and it wasnt his problem, he was really very rude. Thats why only three stars because the colleague didnt feel like doing his job at all on July 12th, but the price was okay.

Da die Strasse immer voll ist sagte sie uns, beim abgeben konnte der Wagen auch in die Tiefgarage gestellt werden. Beim abgeben am nachsten Tag meinte der Kollege dann das ginge nicht, die Garage sei voll und es sei nicht sein Problem, er war wirklich sehr unhoflich. Deswegen nur drei Sterne weil der Kollege am 12.7 uberhaupt keine Lust auf seinen Job hatte, preislich war es aber in Ordnung.

Rented a car for 2 days. Almost new Fiat Panda with air conditioning. 50 with full insurance. It might be cheaper somewhere else, but there was no complaining about it. Only 50 deposit that we immediately got back when returned without inspection.
