Terrible Experience with MAS Rentacar - Still Waiting for Refund! I recently had a highly frustrating experience with MAS Rentacar, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. On November 1st, after booking through Booking.com, I waited 3 hours at the rental location only to be denied a car because my Visa is a debit card. This was NOT clearly stated on your website (no credit card required). I was shuttled back to the airport with no car, completely stranded. While at the airport, I checked the MAS Rentacar website again and called your customer service. A friendly representative assured me that if I rebooked directly through your website (at over 4x the original price), I would have no further issues. Following her advice, I booked again and returned to the rental office via the shuttle. When I arrived (around 1 a.m.), there was only one staff member working--who was incredibly rude. Despite my confirmed reservation, he insisted there were no cars available and told me to cancel my booking and "find a car somewhere else." He assured me my money would be refunded immediately. After wasting hours, I eventually rented a car from a different company. Another customer in line, witnessed this entire ordeal and even offered to help us get to Tulum after experiencing his own frustrations with your service. Despite everything, I am still waiting for my refund for the reservation made on your website. Why is this so difficult? MAS Rentacar failed to deliver on its promises, wasting peoples time, adding unnecessary stress to peoples trips. This is unacceptable. Do better.

I think this was the best rental car experience I ever had. I walked in on Monday and ask for a car for Wednesday. I placed a reservation. I ask serveral things because I had made bad experience with other rental car shops. Eva answered all my questions and offered me a flexible time for the pick up of the car. All in all a great customer service. The car was very modern very comfortable very functional for our Roadtrip around, Gran Canaria. Working A/C, navigation system on board, bluetooth to connect you smartphone as well. I really loved that car for the day. At least i pay 45EUR + fuel for the day. Dropping of the car was not a big deal. I were lucky to get a parkingspot right infront of the shop. Otherwise parking can be a little bit tricky, but thats one thing you have to deal with in a hotspot like Playa de Ingels, right ;) Big thank you

I directly arranged 1-day rental of Mazda MX-5 during my vacation with car delivery and pick-up at my hotel. The handover was quick and convenient. The staff was always friendly and helpful, both during delivery and whenever needed on the phone line. The car had some flaws but they were properly acknowledged and reported by the delivery agent. Overall the prices are very nice and the rules (contract, agreements,...) are very simple without unnecessary fluff. Very fair, can easily recommend.

Really good service, and reasonable prices. Car was delivered to my hotel and collected from there. No problems at all. Highly recommend.

I've used many different rental agencies in Maspalomas over the past few years but Mas RentalCar with Eva and the team is consistently good. Eva is always accommodating, no problem is too little and she will go overboard to help you however she can. The cars are modern, good quality and reliable and there is none of the picky nonsense that you see with some of the other rental companies. A good example of a customer focused company which I am delighted to have found.

Amazing service! I have rented cars a lot in many different countries. This is the best I have experienced. The rates are cheap, the service is outstanding and the cars are very well maintained. I couldn't recommend it more. I will definetly be back. Many thanks!
