Mieten ist uber Reiseleitung unkompliziert und das Auto wird zum Hotel gebracht. Das Fahrzeug ( Renault Clio) war sauber, technisch aber nicht einwandfreie. Neben der kontrolleuchte des reifendrucks die standig leitet waren auch die Bremsen nicht einwandfrei. Auf den teils steilen Strassen der Insel unverantwortlich.
Renting is easy with a tour guide and the car is brought to the hotel. The vehicle (Renault Clio) was clean, but technically not flawless. In addition to the tire pressure indicator light that was constantly on, the brakes were also not working properly. Irresponsible on the island's sometimes steep roads.
Wir haben ein Auto mit 2 Kindersitzen uber unseren Reiseleiter gebucht. Das Auto wurde uns ins Hotel gebracht und wurde auch wieder im Hotel abgeholt. Unkomplizierter Service. Leider wurden uns die Kindersitze einfach ins Auto gesetzt und nicht festgemacht. Gott sei Dank ist uns das aufgefallen!!! Wir waren leider danach noch lange damit beschaftigt die Autositze richtig zu befestigen und uns kostbare Zeit verloren gegangen ist. Damit hat die Firma leider schlecht abgeschnitten und der Service war sehr fahrlassig!!! Wenn man Kindersitze mitbucht, verlange ich auch von einem guten Kundendienst, dass die Sitze rechtgemass befestigt und geliefert werden ohne, dass der Kunde danach noch die Arbeit hat! Wir haben schon ofters Autos mit Kindersitzen gemietet, aber so einen fahrlassigen Fehler ist uns noch nicht passiert...
We booked a car with 2 child seats through our tour guide. The car was brought to our hotel and picked up again at the hotel. Uncomplicated service. Unfortunately, the child seats were simply placed in the car and not secured. Thank God we noticed this!!! Unfortunately, we spent a long time trying to attach the car seats correctly and lost valuable time. Unfortunately, the company did poorly with this and the service was very negligent!!! If you book child seats, I also require good customer service to ensure that the seats are properly attached and delivered without the customer having to do any work afterwards! We have often rented cars with child seats, but we have never made such a negligent mistake...
We spent a week in Maspalomas in August and hired a car here for a couple of days. Service was excellent. They picked us up from the hotel at the exact time they promised and took us to their office. The whole process was quick and easy, and within 20 minutes I was driving myself back to the hotel. The car was a few years old (78,000km), but in good condition and clean, and we used it for a couple of days with no problem. You're supposed to return the car with the same level of fuel when you collected it, which I forgot to do. It was completely my fault and they were very understanding. We quickly arranged payment with a minimum amount of fuss. Good hire car company I would happily use again.
Someone that works there took a fuse out of the car blamed us that the car stopped working. Don't rent a car here they even wanted us to pay extra for damage that was already done even though we had full insurance
Problemlose Abwicklung. Wir wurden in unserem Hotel abgeholt und erhielten nach Vertragsabschluss unser Auto. Nach Ende der Mietzeit wurde das Auto im Hotel wieder abgeholt. Wir mussten nur den Schlussel an unserer Hotelrezeption abgeben, eine kurze Info schreiben wo das Auto geparkt ist, fertig. Toller Service und nettes Personal.
Hassle-free transaction. We were picked up at our hotel and received our car after the contract was signed. At the end of the rental period, the car was picked up from the hotel. All we had to do was hand the key over to our hotel reception, write a short info about where the car was parked, and we were done. Great service and nice staff.
Rented a car here a couple of times a few years back (before using Google that much). Now planning a new trip to gran Canaria i will definitely go back again. Never any hassle and very good cars. And the staff regognized us the second time even though there was a few months between the two rental!
Called them on the very last minute when all cars in Maspalomas seemed to be out and within 40 minutes we had a car brought ro the the hotel. Price for the small and bit old car was not the cheapest for one day (63.- EUR), but it was super cute, had full insurance, service was very good and in such a short term notice we were super happy to get it!
