We got a Fiat Panda with ca. 36000 KM on it and adventure ourselves in the mountains. Thanks God nothing got broken and came back safe but this is not the car you want to take for long distances and heights. Specially steering is not friendly for sharp curves. The rental service was friendly and without hassle. Check that the paperwork is correct, take fotos/videos of the rental before starting and everything should be fine. We took a bus the day before and it broke down in the freeway. Waited about 30 minutes to an hour under a bridge. Fiat Panda is hybrid and very good in gas though.

Great experience renting a car. Very fast with no hassle. We went in with no reservation and got a car in less than 10 minutes. Needed something cheap just to take us from A to B and we took Fiat Panda. The car was not new but it was clean with nice interior, everything worked. Deposit only 50 Eur. Shout out to Andreas and Maco( Sorry if i spell name wrongly) - they were very polite and helpful. Personally our best experience renting a car so far.

Today the sales man was in a discussion with a customer and while we was waiting to get a car, I saw the toilet door was open and used the toilet as I did not want to interfere. I then hear the sales man had stopped talking to the customer go get angry with my family about how rude I was to use the toilet without permission. Amusing as I've never known of a car sales person to act in such an opposite manor..Gracias pero no hoy ni cualquier dia!

We borrowed a VW T-Roc convertible to explore the island. The vehicle arrived on time and the condition of the car was perfect. The man in the office was super friendly. We drove around 200 kilometers around the entire island and saw places that we would probably never have seen. For 1 day: 100 plus 20 after refueling including VK, you really cant complain about that. We had a great day and will definitely come back here if we rent a car again. Thanks for the great service.

Do not rent a car here! When I went to pick up the pre-booked car, it wasnt there. The staff had to go out to look for the car and spent 45 minutes finding it. I asked if they had other cars available, which they did. I asked if I couldnt get one of those, but they said they would find the other soon. I had booked a child seat when I traveled with my 3 month old son. Was handed a very old and dirty car seat but was so fed up at the time that I just took it. Then tried to fit this in the car, but gave up after 40 minutes. Then went in to the staff and asked for help, and the man who worked there came out with me. He tried for a minute before he pushed the front seat all the way back and said that now it was in place!!! Completely unsecured! I said it wasnt safe, and then he just said that the back seat passenger could hold the seat in corners, and in the event of a collision! I was naturally both shocked and angry, and said that I was no longer interested in renting the car and that I would have refunded the rental. It was difficult, said the sales representative. When we entered the rental station, his manager was there and took responsibility. So then I was allowed to go to their other office in Meloneras to pick up a modern child seat, so it worked out in the end. But all in all, it took a full 3 hours from when I should have picked up the rental car until we were finally able to drive, so the day was cut short. The fact that there was also a 10-year-old, dirty Fiat Panda with 125,000 kilometers on the odometer topped it all off. So my advice is NOT to rent a car from this rogue company, and especially not if you need a child seat!

Jeg sa at det var ikke trygt, og da sa han bare at baksetepassasjeren kunne holde fast setet i svinger, og ved en eventuell kollisjon! Jeg naturligvis bade sjokkert og sint, og sa at jeg ikke lenger var interessert i a leie bilen, og at jeg ville ha refundert leien. Det var vanskelig sa salgsrepresentanten. Nar vi kom inn pa leiestasjonen sa var hans leder der og tok ansvar. Sa da fikk jeg bli med til deres andre kontor i Meloneras for a hente et moderne barnesete, sa det loste seg til slutt. Men alt i alt sa tok det hele 3 timer fra jeg skulle ha hentet ut leiebilen til vi endelig kunne kjore, sa dagen ble litt amputert. At det i tillegg var en 10 ar gammel, skitten Fiat Panda med 125.000 kilometer pa telleren toppet det hele. Sa mitt rad er a IKKE leie bil hos dette useriose firmaet, og spesielt ikke hvis du har behov for et barnesete!

When returning the car, the lady just asks if it has been filled with gas and returns the deposit. I definitely recommend it.
