Inzwischen war es der zehnte Wagen den ich bei Claus fur den Urlaub gebucht habe. Ich bin immer noch so begeistert wie beim ersten Mal. Er macht einen ultraprofessionellen und extrem zuverlassigen Service. Ich schreibe inzwischen nur noch meine Flugnummer und das Datum und Claus steht sogar trotz Flugverspatung bei der Ankunft immer punktlich mit meinem Auto am Flughafen bereit. Er weiss sogar nach einem Jahr noch das von mir bevorzugte Fahrzeugmodell. Es gibt hinterher keine "Uberraschungen", keine versteckten Zusatzkosten, die Autos sind voll in Schuss und die Preise sind auch OK.

Highly recommend this place. Easy to find, located in the apartment block we stayed in. We booked a car at the very last minute and they were able to give us a car then and there. Great German guy, friendly and humorous. Great attitude! Easy and very quick to process. Affordable prices, no catch. Hassle-free. We paid for the car hire including insurance, and fuel which is full to full. No deposits or credit cards required, which made things so much easier. Used my visa debit. Car was great, no problems. We'll definitely use them again if we come back to GC.

A great value German owned company with good cars and a great attitude. They have a small office beneath the local corner shop. Was lucky to get a car at short notice. I myself had a small accident & damaged the paintwork of my car. I had taken out fully comp insurance when booking (mad not to!) So nothing to pay. They were so polite & professional about this, & I will be booking in advance with them when I next return to the area.

Booked the car the day before (because I completely forgot), the price was much cheaper than everywhere else, then at the airport, Claus (super nice) picked up the car right at the exit, everything was clean, no problems the whole vacation and right back at the end parked at the entrance - no endless forms, no waiting times, no deposit, no email spam, no rip-offs. A very reliable rental company at an affordable price. We ordered the car 5 days in advance. We made an appointment at our hotel, the owner picked us up on time and we signed the contract at his premises. The car was new, clean, consistent with the contract, and for dessert we received a voucher for one ticket to Palmitos Park, where we were going anyway, so we actually saved 35 euros! (you had to show it at the ticket office along with the car rental agreement and buy at least one second ticket for an adult). If we ever return to Gran Canaria, we will definitely use this rental company again!

The best rental we have ever had! We rented a car twice this holiday. Once 2 days and once 5 days. Renting is very uncomplicated, there is only one type of contract, which is simply all comprehensive insurance including underbody etc. without any deductible. No crude asterisks or contractual clauses or anything else. Very simple and customer-friendly. Thats how it has to be. If Google offered 10 stars, I would give it 11.
