We went here because of the great reviews and we were not disappointed. Both Carmen and Helen are as charming as they can be. Very sweet and helpful, and a car rental without any hassle was very nice for a change. I've certainly had different experiences in the past. Like everyone mentioned in the reviews, there is not a lot of paperwork, no upselling extra insurance, and all that, just a decent car (we had a Citroen C3) for a decent price. I highly recommend Elicer Autos to anyone and would definitely rent here again if we ever visit Gran Cararia in the future. Gracias. Family van Kessel.

I hired a fiat 500 for 2 days and extended for another day without any problems. Car was clean and well maintained. I recommend getting a full insurance so there is no deposit and it's only a little more expensive. The ladies working here are super friendly and dealing with them is a pleasure. Highly recommend.

Excellent company, easiest car hire I ever had. I submitted my booking request on Wednesday night requesting a car for tomorrow morning expecting no response as I knew very well it was very short notice. To my surprise, I received an e-mail from Carmen an hour later stating she has a car available for tomorrow. I picked up a Toyota Yaris the next morning that I hired for 2 days. The car was faultless and cleaned to a very high standard prior us getting the car. Prices are very competitive and they did not even ask for a deposit. You can clearly tell they care about their customers! Highly recommended!

We hired a car from Elicer car hire for 3 days while here in Gran canaria. What can I say about this company???? FANTASTIC FROM THE WORD GO!!! So friendly and polite to deal with, hassle free and I do mean hassle free. We turned up , paid 135 euros for 3 days for a Citroen c3 aircross with full insurance, showed my drivers licence and my passport and I was off!!!.....Fantastic... No deposit or loads of silly forms to fill in... The car was spotless, drove faultless and was like new. On return, I walked after had filled the gas tank up to where it was before we hired it ( as per agreement), put the keys on the counter, lady says " is all OK with car?" And " is gas tank full to where it was?"....."all good " I reply and walk out. How easy was that..???? I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again..AAAAAA++++++++++ THANK YOU LADIES.

When everyone else was asking 600 for a Kia Picanto (for 7 days) or 200 for a Fiat 500 per day, we decided to go to Elicer Autos. And lo and behold, they still exist, the sensible ones. A Citroen C3 for 7 days for 320 with everything included. If you pay 600 or more for a small car, its your own fault... Comparing and asking is definitely worth it. Well definitely be back P.s The experience we had. No other car rental company should be disparaged. The island was also very full at the time of our visit (supply & demand)

I have rented a car outside the Netherlands many times, but have never experienced such a customer-friendly and pleasant rental company. No problem was made of anything and I rented a nice car for a very reasonable price, including complete insurance and a second driver. I could pay in cash and didnt even have to give a deposit. The company is located near the Eugenia Victoria hotel. I was able to leave the key at the hotel reception and the car was picked up there. What perfect service! I can really recommend this car rental company to everyone.

We arrived on Saturday, March 9, 2024 in Gran Canaria. At the airport no car to rent. Taxi to the hotel: 46 euros. In Playa del Ingles we find Elicer Autos: excellent service. Car clean and in good condition. They even picked up the vehicle at the airport after four days of rental, which is not frequent or involves an extra charge. Punctuality and kindness of the owner and his daughter (I regret not remembering their names). I prefer to give business to a family company than to an anonymous Rentacar and who knows where they pay taxes. We will repeat without a doubt!
