We hired four different cars on different days and were delighted with the experience. Booked a couple of days in advance each time. Frierndly staff behind the desk as were the staff handing over the car. Cars in good condition and spotlessly clean. Ran smoothly and was easy to return each car. Good value for money.

Very rude lady at the front desk. She raised her voice/basically screamed at us. All we did was ask if our reservation for the car we made online was available. Horrible customer service.

I rented a 1.2 litre Fiat Panda for a single day. The car was in good condition and clean inside. It was enough for a 200 km drive. Car had no parking sensors but with a vehicle that small it wasn't a problem. A/C was working properly regardless of the August heat. Office employees were very nice and gave me all the needed information. As a bonus, I got one free ticket to the Palmitos Park which is worth EUR35 if you plan to buy the tickets on-site. Couple of small issues related to the reservation process: 1) Website allows choice of start and end hours but I had to give the car back at 8 am regardless of what I chose previously. 2 hours "stolen" from my reservation. 2) Website allows selection of start and end places near hotels but I had to pick up and leave the car at the office. Luckily my hotel was relatively close to it. 3) Website has no information about refueling policy nor about fuel prices. When I asked about it via e-mail, I received a misleading response that "I will be charged EUR20 for every quarter of a litre difference". That's like EUR80 per litre! After asking for clarification, I was told that it's EUR20 per tank quarter. So around EUR2 per litre. 4) After making a reservation through the website I didn't get any confirmation via email nor phone. I had to call the office to be sure that they will have a car for me.

Very nice and friendly people. Price was expensive, but it was expensive everywhere in this season. The VW polo automatic was good. It has 126k km on it and the gearshift was not so soft, but that's ok. It's convenient to take the car locally in San Augustin without having to go to airport. We had the car for 5 days for 290eur. Child seat with Isofix was for free. Traveled 500km without any problems. Usual terms. Take full return full. No hidden costs. Surely recommending this car rental. Our baby however preferred the smoother hybrid ecvt Yaris that we took other time from Avant The owner responded to review with Caps Lock and mentioned my son. But I don't have a son. Art least yet. So probably they confused me with somebody...

Agree with the others reviews. Fast and efficient service. Very good price for all-insured option. One of the few places to do automatic cars. Car was clean and modern. The cars can be picked up and dropped off from your hotel which is convenient.

Great cars for great money. We took almost new fiat 500c with 8000km on odometer for very good price. Drop off is very loyal, make a bonus - two drivers without any additional payment.
