Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Salt Lake City

10/10 would recommend enterprise. Rented a compact car and got to choose between three vehicles. I chose the Prius. Best drive, best ride, most comfortable little car I've ever experienced. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. The salt lake City airport Enterprise employees are the best I've encountered in the rental car business. Respect

Rented a "standard SUV AWD" with a reservation about a month earlier. I love Hertz gold member find and go rental car system. Got a confusing day before "check in" email which doesn't add much value or change much -- more like a "are you sure?" email. Hotels and air travel give commitment items like digital keys and boarding passes. I watched a couple call Enterprise to ask if they needed to stay in Enterprise check in line. The rest of the process was great. They took and processed both driver's licenses, credit card check, etc. Walked over to garage, told where to look and pick a car. The SUV we got was awesome, very clean inside and out and full featured. We drove out to the gate, the attendant figured out where fuel and mileage was, recorded them and we were off. Return was even easier a week later.

I booked a mid-size SUV back in March for a trip we were planning with another couple late September/early October to Yellowstone National Park via Salt Lake City and finishing in Bozeman. Most of the other car rental agencies I got estimates from were at least twice the cost. While the mid-size SUV turned out to be a Jeep Compass (slightly smaller than I expected compared to my Subaru Forester which is considered to be a mid-size SUV) we managed to travel the 1,200 miles in relative comfort, albeit a bit tight. There wasn't quite enough room in the back for all our luggage, so had to put a couple of carry-on bags in the back seat with two passengers, but we managed. Except for the size being a bit smaller than expected, we have no complaints. The car was clean, comfortable and problem-free. The pick-up and drop-off processes were very efficient. I would definitely use Enterprise again.

Receptionist and her team all handled the rental process effortlessly and we're patient as I contacted 3rd party provider i made reservations with, due conflicts with rental details. ENTERPRISE took care of us and ensured we got the vehicle needed during our vacation. We could not be happier. The gave a discount on our upgrade and ensured additional drivers were listed. We rented a mid-size Hyundai Tucson SUV that was almost brand new condition at the Salt Lake City airport. The Customer Service was excellent. Dropping off the car was just as easy as picking it up. No crazy charges, no questions, no hassle. Half hour after returning the car we received a call that we left our own car/home keys on the car's dashboard along with the Hyundai Tucson key. We had already checked in and passed security checkpoint of the Salt Lake airport but the airport security officer allowed us to went out to the Enterprise office close to the airport to retrieve the keys. A lady at the Enterprise rent-a-car was waiting at the counter handled the keys to us with a great smile! It was a great moment for us to get our own keys back before the flight although they offered to mail the keys to our home! We always start from Enterprise rent-a-car.com as our first choice whenever we need a renting car. Thanks so much.

I had pre-reserved the car so we went straight to the lot, which was on site at SLC and an easy walk. We had a choice of the model I had requested and we picked the one with the best tires . Car was super clean and in excellent condition. There is a service center right at the airport so refueling with gas on return was very easy. Drop off super quick. Staff was very nice both for pick up and drop off. Great experience and great value.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was on a business trip and of course nervous from the plane ride, Enterprise helped me with a smile. I only use enterprise because they treat me well above and beyond any other car rental company I've ever used. Will definitely continue using enterprise for all my business and pleasure car rental needs.

I have rented here twice now. This was THE BEST experience ever renting a car! The people are friendly and SUPER helpful. The car we upgraded to was in GREAT condition and was SO MUCH FUN! Getting out of and back into the airport was a breeze (see my photo, pun intended) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
