Enterprise main priority is their customer's,I can depend on them no matter of my goings and comings,the rental are always clean and smoke free,and their is no hassle if I decided to keep it another day,I'm never disappointed,I feel comfortable in what ever state im in I can call Enterprise.
Awesome team. They went above and beyond to help me get a last-minute pickup truck reservation going. I dealt with 3 of the team members, and all of them seemed super dialed in and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them at all -- which says a lot for getting a car 7 minutes before closing time. I know they're super busy, but I didn't feel rushed at all.
I had a negative experience at this location. The person at the desk and the manager seemed in a hurry, unprofessional, and rude. I felt that the service I received was not up to standard. The staff member I spoke with left abruptly during our conversation about policies. In front of the branch manager, The twist here is the manager himself informed me that my reservation had been canceled without reason. When I requested an oral or written explanation for the cancellation to share with customer service by phone, I was told that all the information was in the system. After calling customer service to explain the situation and ask them about the reasons for the cancellation, They requested to hand the phone to him; he insistently reiterated that he is the manager and that the reservation was canceled without further explanation. This experience left me feeling frustrated, as I had hoped for better service from a company like Enterprise; I wasted two hours using Uber back and forth between branches Thankfully, the area manager responded to my email and offered polite assistance, but this should never have escalated to that point. I had to make a new personal reservation for two days just to resolve the issue. losing a lot of time and money handling the problem from another branch while My wife, mother and children were alone at the airport in a city we were visiting for the first time due to arrogant person who may want to show up in front of his team on a person who is from outside the state. I would suggest others consider alternative Enterprise branches, The behavior of the staff, especially the manager, was unprofessional and aggressive. I recommend that other travelers, especially those with families, consider using different Enterprise branches. The quality of service seems to heavily depend on the specific branch manager rather than consistent company policies, which is concerning. Thanks
Great experience with this location. Received a call the day before my arrival to confirm my reservation. On arrival, I was helped quickly. I appreciated that the staff performed an inspection with me before leaving the lot. Overall, impressed with the customer service and would gladly use this location again.
Rented the Benz for the weekend, had a blast! I turned the car in Sunday night after hours at 9pm and the lot was packed, I parked on the front left side of the lot. The drop off box is to the left of the main front door. All went well.
Do yourself a favor and avoid it. This is not a car rental company, it's a SCAM. We rented a minivan for a day, everything went well at first: the car was very nice and new, and was delivered on time. The following day we returned it to the airport as was written in the contract, the car was exactly as the day before, only with more gas as we picked it up with 1/2 tank and returned it with 3/4. A few hours after returning the car, I received a phone call where someone said that the car was damaged and they would charge my credit card more money, and they gave me a phone number to call to ask for information. I called FOUR TIMES and nobody answered. I then called the airport agency and a nice lady told me that she did not see any reports of damages. After one hour of attempts, they finally picked up the phone at the previous phone number and they accused us of driving in the salt of the Salt Lake, which we did not do. I told them we visited the Salt Lake but always stayed on the road (it's the main attraction of SALT LAKE City, if we are not supposed to go near it maybe they should say it), plus salt damage on a car takes months to appear, certainly not less than 24 hours. They told me that they would call me again. Nobody did, but after 10 days they charged my card an extra amount without providing any explanation. Not happy, a few days after this transaction they sent me an email saying that I still have to pay an extra, threatening me to be uneligible to rent a car with them again, which is fine with me because I have no intention of doing so. Avoid renting here unless you enjoy being robbed.
The pick up was bad they didn't have the car I ordered they didn't want to honor the rate online until I spoke to manager that this was all explained I would be picking up the car instead of my partner. We talked several times before picking up the car and they told us it would be fine. So I left with a smaller vehicle since I ubered there and had to get that 2 door jeep. Returning it was rough too as there were lots of people picking up and having a hard time as well waiting for vehicles to be cleaned
