Let me start out by saying that we appreciated the free upgrade, it was cheaper than other rentals & our shuttle driver George was awesome! Having said that, these are the reasons we only gave a 3-star review. The check-in process was exceptionally long. There was only 1 person in front of us, we prepaid & had done the electronic check-in, but it still took 30 minutes. The manager pointed behind her when she handed my hubby the key and he asked, "The red one or the right one?" She told him "white" so we played Tetris with our luggage & kids to get everything in the car, only to have it not start. As he kept pushing the button, he saw the red car behind us flashing & said, "They gave us the wrong key." He went back inside to get the correct key, but they told us we'd have to unload & reload because we were assigned the red one. We finally got in that car and saw that it hadn't been cleaned well. But the worst part was the smell. I couldn't figure it out at first because it was a weird fruity smell, but within 8 hours the fruity smell was gone and the car just smelled like cigarette smoke. I told the worker when we got back that it needed a good detailing because of the smoke and he just said OK.
For one it took the shuttle a good half hour to pick us up from the airport. I called a few times then started repeatedly calling like 6 times in a row before they answered. Get there and the place is so far off airport. It was dirty and the kid working was beyond slow. They didn't have the car ready for us or cleaned so he hosed it off outside and called it good. It was dirty inside, some kind of brown stain on passenger seat and all kinds of crumbs and garbage between the seat and consol. The bigger problem was when we returned the car. Same kid working and he sees a big scratch and broken light in the back and says accusatory "was that already there when you picked it up!?" And I said yes. And he then asked if i took pictures of it, which luckily I had when we picked it up because they didn't ask us to do an inspection when we picked up like most do. He told us when I asked that they do those prior to pick up. I know I saw him with one of the inspection slips when he gave us the keys so I assumed he did the inspection himself and didn't see the scratches and light so i asked for copies of the inspection slips for when we picked it up and dropped off. He told me that they don't give customers those and I told him I just didn't want to get blamed for the scratches as I assumed he did the inspection on pick up and obviously didn't see them because of his reaction at drop off. At this point he got angry and was talking in a rude tone to me telling me that they do inspections prior to pick up so it should be on there and he wasn't going to give me copies of the slips. Kid with tattoos all up his neck for reference. I just said okay and walked inside. He came inside a little bit later and I asked if we needed to wait for the shuttle outside to which he rudely answered yep! And just kept walking in to the office. The only good thing about this company was the Hawaiian guy we had for our shuttle back to the airport. He was very nice and friendly.
we booked a car from florida so when we arrive in salt lake city our rental would be ready. they have a shuttle that picks you up from the airport and dropped you off a few miles away to their location. unlimited miles and they upgraded us to a jeep! they have the best price i have ever seen. staff is very kind and helpful. the shuttle also took us back to the airport for our flight back home. thank you so much we really appreciated it! shout out to Totia and the rest!
Don't fall for the fake positive comments. They make and pressure ppl to leave good 5 star reviews. This company is definitely in need of improvement, specially around customer processes and policy guidelines. Be sure to read the fine print because there are many procedures and guidelines that have changed which make it very frustrating and confusing. That being said Miss Tasha and Leo have been excellent agents making these company challenges smooth as could be. Miss Tasha is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients. Wonderful CS experience. Leo is also a great guy with a big heart. Jose is bit funky. I hope this company keeps improving as they do have great people.
We have rented from y'all a few times now and this time the car was just not washed it was incredibly dirty inside. Looked like someone's person car. The trash was removed but car unwashed and the inside looks like it was NEVER detailed from day 1. Jose did tell me it was not clean but I had thought like most rentals it would be a tiny bit dirty. This was bad. I give 5 stars to Jose for his great customer service and the way he handles himself. I am however disappointed in the rental car. We fly in every 3-6 months. I had to go buy wipes to clean the inside and wash the outside. There was a rock chip in the windshield that I thought was dirt but after the wash it showed. I got glue cleaned the glass and added it so it did not spread. I would encourage you to fix what ever employee issue you have with the cleaning before you have no one to rent to. For a car that only had 20,000 miles it was bad. The tank was also not full it was barely over half. I included photos. I will how ever bring it back full and clean.

Car had very low pressure in front tire. When I called customer service to ask for exchange for safe car or fix for low tire, I was told that I would be required to repair the tire. I filled the tire and returned it with full tank of gas. Manager was rude and unhelpful. He cancelled 3 day contract. But refused to issue credit for unused, remaining days on contract. Very poor customer service from the manager. I was humiliated in front of employees and other customers. I spent a day of my vacation time dealing with getting the car with leaky tire returned and getting receipt that I returned the car. When I returned car, tire pressure was fine.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Easirent. My initial rental had a number of issues: the washer fluid was empty, the car smelled strongly of smoke, the seats were stained, and the tires were dangerously bald. After reporting these problems, I was given a second car. Shockingly, this vehicle had no oil and, once again, no washer fluid. It's clear this company has a serious problem with vehicle maintenance and quality control. I will not be renting from them again and advise others to look elsewhere for reliable car rentals.
